On three occasions I’ve visited this location and three times I left with no food. Twice they have not been ready to open when they were supposed to be open and once I was told their computer would be down for 15 minutes…. Just never mind. Will not waste my time here again. Arby’s opens at 10am and they don’t disappoint. Guess who’s getting my money.

The food was really good but it took them a few tries to get it right. Our order was for 5 people so they had us pull over to the handicap spot and wait. First they brought our food and forgot all of our drinks but he went back and grabbed them. That’s when we told them that they gave us an extra burger and we were missing a chicken sandwich. They took the burger back and brought out the right sandwich. In the end all was good and they have the best fries. I will eat here again. They made everything right. It was just a bit time consuming for “fast food”.

Spicy chicken sandwiches were very good, french fries were really good and my Mom’s cheeseburger, she said “best she’s had out to eat”. We went through the drive thru so I really can’t rate the atmosphere.

First off the windows were so dirty you could barely see into the building. Our burgers appeared to have been cooked and sitting for a engthy time and the buns were like having a cracker for a bun. The fries were either very overcooked or had been sitting for a while. This was our second time eating there and our first visit was 100% better. I do not intend on going back.

If you use Checkers, you gotta use the app. Free food or discounts on orders are plenty. Best yet is that if you can not pay online, you can order at the drive thru and have the cashier scan your qr code. The discounts and freebies are still available.

No stars I would give no stars. The people were rude, and they were out of almost everything that I asked, for they were acting lazy and like they didn’t want to be at work. I ended up leaving because I hardly had any things we were wanting. I didn’t know where they were just opening up are going out of business. It was hard to tail. The place was just nasty. I know that our Tony is too early to work.
