As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Stay away or they will steal from you. They will not correct their mistakes. Please do not order delivery from Checker’s website. I did not receive all of my order. Called the store only be told that I can come pick it up. Called the number from my receipt for the corporate number to promise a callback which never occured. Doordash could not help due to me ordering via Checkers website. It has been 10 days still no refund or follow up. Checkers got paid, dasher got paid and I am stuck paying for nothing. Reps from corporate number and this store are rude.

I wish I could give ZERO STARS. First , this locations had no type of desserts , slushees, ice cream NOTHING! Then on top of that when we got to the window the lady infront of us was dumping her food out because they made it wrong. We paid for our food and as we were waiting one of the guys kept cussing and using foul language towards us as if we were suppose to be his friends instead of customers! His pants was hanging down really low over the food also. Next there was another guy that came out to sweep the food up that the previous customer threw out and not only tried to talk about her with us ,but after he was done sweeping he went back in and started to touch our Pattie’s and buns with NO GLOVES along with the other guy that wouldn’t stop cussing. My boyfriend went up to the window to let them know we recorded them touching our food without washing their hands and one of the guys laughed at him and said they were wearing gloves. Look at these pictures and tell me if you see any gloves!

Honestly, it doesn’t seem like the workers here are well taken care of. They try their best, but overall I feel like the exterior is a bit dreary, and it may reflect management. The workers seem to respond to kindness, so it may not be taking place within.
