As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Not that it legit looks like someone stepped on my hot dog bun, let it roll around in dirt and slapped on an old soggy shriveled up hot dog with some expired onion and weird tasting chili. This is probably the grossest thing I’ve come across in any restaurant let alone fast food and that speaks volumes. Do better

The Mexican lady making the food always has her kid there at work. Sign says they open at 10am and she’s in there cooking but says they don’t open till 11. Mind you she’s cooking for her son. They also don’t accept coupons and the place is filthy there were roaches in the establishment.

I came in 20 minutes before close and they refused to take my order and said they were closed. I said I thought you guys closed at 10 and she said today we close at 9:40 and walked away. I know we’re in a work shortage right now so I understand they gotta hire the bottom of the barrel, but this was utterly trash service. The date was Friday, October 8th.

Took them for ever to make and there was only one other person in front of me… it’s been 17 minutes and it’s supposed to be a fast food. Cmon they’re slacking, but I guess that is what happens when you let a store in charge of two kids
