As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

The crew that worked Saturday night 01/10 – were so patient and very friendly. The fries were hot and the burgers were perfection. The lady from VA greeted us with a big hello as my shirt read “Virginia is for lovers”. We had a friendly chat as she helped us decide on the best burger. 5 stars

Don’t get me wrong, I love checkers. But here I waited in drive-thru for 10 minutes for a box of mostly burnt nuggets.

My name is Lisa and I’m an independent contractor for Postmates. I went to this location to pick up a prepaid order for a customer. If I could give it 0 stars I would. The inside of this location was dirty. There was garbage on the floor and the staff members on duty just walked around it as if it wasn’t there. The end counter had sauce bottles tipped over – it was very unsanitary. I am enclosing photos showing the condition of the restaurant.

This is the worst of customer service I have ever had! Over half an hour just to get my order. After waiting in line for an extra 15 minutes. A 45 minutes waste. Don’t waste your time. There was ppl leaving the drive thru because of all the waiting. There wasnt any type of HiC, teas or non soda. So I asked for my food and employee gave me attitude because I was requesting my food. He shut the little door on my face and I knocked on the window and another employee gave me attitude because I was knocking on the window. Never again!!!

What happened? Quality was great when you opened but it has gone drastically downhill. Please explain why my hamburger tasted like braunschweiger? I couldn’t even eat it. And you didn’t put my fries or my mozzarella sticks in with my delivery so basically all I had was a very poor smashed spicy chicken sandwich out of a $20 purchase.

Went for a quick bite to eat. Food was served hot and fresh with a positive attitude! Staff was friendly and food arrived quickly. I’m sorry I’ve forgotten his name but the server was so friendly he made my day!
