As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Can you ever go wrong with checkers? Simple answer…. No. I have always had great food and great service at this checkers. There was even a time where the man running the window noticed my husband had a USAA card and asked if he was a veteran and thanked him and our family for their service. Noticing details like that is so above and beyond your average customer service. The food is always hot. The fries are always seasoned to perfection. The burgers are always juicy. I will continue to come to this checkers whenever I’m in town.

Always fast service with dual drive-thrus. Quick order-taking, quick order-prep. Staff was busy but still handled our order with ease and accuracy. When it was time to pay, we learned they don’t take Amex. Poor Amex, always left out.

Been a long time since I had been to a Checkers since there isn’t one in the town I moved to six years ago. So when I’m in another town with one and it’s lunch time I’ll always stop. This Checkers had great burgers and fries, tasted as good as it always has. Service was prompt even being short staffed, wish the second lane would have been open.

We arrived at the ordering speaker box at 5:19. We ordered 2 hamburgers only ketchup and mustard. 1 hot fudge sunday with no cheesecake. 1 caramel sunday with no cheesecake. We paid for our order at 5:24. We received the burgers immediately. While waiting for the ice cream we noticed the ticket was wrong. It said 2 cheese burgers and 2 hot fudge sundays. We checked the burgers while the driver attempted to get the employees attention. She said excuse me many times trying to get them to look before getting louder and louder. We were never even looked at. The burgers were right so we hoped the rest would be. We received 2 hot fudge cheesecake sundays ( 1 completely melted. Will be pictured). We told the guy they were wrong and he went to the back then came back saying these were the last of the ice cream so we can’t fix them. I informed the gentlemen we were trying to get their attention several times and was ignored every time. I was then informed that I “should have knocked on the window.”…… I’m sorry that I didn’t think I needed to BEG someone to get my stuff right or at least acknowledge me when I’m trying to speak to them. I guess it’s my fault because I didn’t knock on the window… I will never be back here. Not ever. This was unacceptable behavior.

We came 45 minutes before they were closed and he told us that everything we were trying to order was unavailable. And this was after he made us wait 10 minutes to try and order. Horrible customer service.
