What a delicious surprise. Tucked in the town of Sayville is an amazing brunch spot serving up tasty drinks and food items. Brunch food is off the chain. Large portions, gourmet style and delicious. Service and staff is friendly and smiley. Coffee is top notch. Espresso Martini is top notch. Frittata and pancakes are out of the world. Go check them out and tell em Barsnobs sent ya!

I really like this place. It’s very cute and quaint. It was no wait. I loved all the food I got except the corned Beef hash wasn’t the best. But the pancakes and the eggs and the hash browns were amazing!!! I also love their themed drinks and the mimosas were excellent. The service was excellent and I loved all the decorations.

We went to Brownstones in Sayville for brunch to celebrate my mom’s birthday, and it was a great experience! There was no wait, plenty of delicious options on the menu, and the service was excellent. We’ll definitely be back!

The vibe is great. The service was friendly. I ordered the BLT Avocado Eggs Benedict with arugula on a slice of ciabatta toast with breakfast potatoes. My significant other had the house omelet (she orders fries with her eggs – piping hot good). We also had the delicious salted caramel coffee. The food was excellent – hot and flavorful. The hollandaise sauce along with the avocado did cool my eggs a little but I enjoyed it. I’ve also been there and had just the eggs and bacon with toast – good solid dish. The prices are good for the location, cleanliness and decor of this newly updated establishment and most importantly the value-for-money is good.

Visited the Brownstones Coffee restaurant in downtown Sayville for lunch. The building used to be the Sayville Diner. It has been converted into the Brownstones Coffee restaurant without losing the charm of the original diner while including all of the decorations and feel of a true Brownstones Coffee restaurant. My Cobb Salad with chicken was one of the best Cobb Salads I’ve had. While my wife’s crepes were cooked just right and flavorful. I highly recommend any of the Brownstones Coffee restaurant locations!

Came here for lunch. Got the Greek salad, it was a huge serving and so delicious. My daughter got the chocolate chip pancakes which were also yummy. There was an issue with my mom’s order but it was quickly resolved by the server. Food and service were great and a lovely atmosphere.

My boyfriend and I came here for a breakfast date since we wanted to try out a new place!

The staff was very friendly, and they were very informative, and helpful when it came to ordering! The atmosphere was very modern, and had a nice aesthetic to it so it’s excellent for social media pictures, or for food blog posts!

The tables were very clean, and the bathrooms were very clean and had a very cool design, it’s amazing how clean and different the place is as I used to go here previously when it was a diner!

Anyhow, let’s get started on our meals so my boyfriend got the Fried Chicken Belgian Waffle with a side of loaded home fries and hollandaise sauce. He said he really enjoyed the meal, although he wished the waffles had more syrup to go with it and butter. However, the loaded home fries were beyond phenomenal! I highly recommend on getting this!

I got the BEC sandwich, it’s bacon, egg, and cheese on a croissant with a side of home fries which was absolutely amazing! I’d definitely get this again, as the croissant was so soft and buttery that it just melts in your mouth. I highly recommend on getting this as well, and the size portions are really good!

Overall, I recommend this place for a good breakfast or brunch whether it’s dining in or takeout! I’ve ordered takeout from this place on doordash, and it’s never failed to disappoint me! I also recommend on getting the Mozzarella Avocado Toast and the Bruschetta Avocado Toast as they are both absolutely fantastic!!!

I’ve been there a few times and I just went there again today. Iwanted to leave a review before I forgot. I’ve only had their breakfast food so I can’t comment on their lunch.

I’ve gotten, omelets, pancakes, a frittata, potatoes, and a strawberry banana smoothie in my times there.
Everything has been DELICIOUS and affordable.

I got a frittata today and it was so huge I couldn’t even finish it and took it home. The potatoes (comes with it) are so perfect. Crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. This was $15.75 I think. And I swear it’s made with like 8 eggs (cheddar, sausage, bacon, and mushrooms)
I got a side of pancakes. They were amazing. And only $3 for a side of 2 pancakes!

I got a strawberry banana smoothie also really good. That was $5.75 I think.

My bf got a make your own omelet and also a side of pancakes.

The total was $43.77.

It was a lot of food. I have breakfast for tomorrow.

In reality I didn’t NEED the side of pancakes but they were so delicious I’m glad I got them.

You will not be disappointed

Loved having brunch here! We missed the Cross Sound Ferry back to Rhode Island and ended up staying the night in a nearby hotel. We were searching for a place near the Sayville ferry and this popped up. It was worth every moment. The place was PACKED on a Sunday morning, but we were able to get bar seating. I, the co-pilot got the corned beef hash. And it was DELICIOUS. Definitely properly cut and certainly not from a can! My Pilot got the eggs and avocado Benedict with turkey bacon and it too was delicious! Their specialty drink menu looked fun, if you’re not driving try the cereal or mimosa flights! I can see how this is easily a local favorite. While our server was not as attentive as they could’ve been, I’d still go out of my way to eat before or after catching the Sayville ferry!
