As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Traveling from out of town with my family and this place has the worst customer service EVER! Paid over $50 for food that was horrible!!! The lady at the window clearly had a attitude for some reason. My chili cheese fries were old and stale, the chicken strips were so greasy you couldn’t even eat it. Then the rude and disrespectful lady had the nerve to say I wouldn’t have bought my husband to checkers on Father’s Day! Lady you don’t know me from a can of paint and she had some nerve! FYI we were just stopping through on our way to our destination I don’t care what day it is!

The food was fast and ready to go. Employees are great. I am giving this a 1 star as this is a review for the owner of this place. How are you really trying to charge a customer $.75 for ranch or bbq sauce after you already pay for a full combo meal. This is ridiculous!

I went to walk up window around 4 in the afternoon to order some food. I saw 4 different employees inside, each of them looked at me, but NO ONE ever came to take my order! The 4 of them seemed to be having fun, leaning against the counters and laughing!!! When 2 different cars went through the drive thru, they were each waited on and served, but NO one ever even talked to me at EITHER of the walk up windows, even though I also knocked on windows and they each looked at me as if they couldn’t be bothered!!!

The food was good it had been a long while since the last time I went to Checkers. I hate the surveys expire so quickly I don’t eat out like that the surveys I did 2 weeks ago have expired wished the coupons lasted longer gave feedback for no reward.

I’ve had nothing but great experiences here for the past two months. Service has been quick and efficient. The cashiers at the drive through window have also been very thorough and friendly. The food has also been hot and fresh!

ONLY IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS! Worse location ever. Manager just cursed me for asking to pay with my phone. Wouldn’t give me a receipt for what I was charged and threw cash at me when I asked for a refund, the wrong amount, even though I paid with a card. They put jackets on the windows and continued insulting me behind them. I wasn’t able to retrieve my receipt or correct refund until the police arrived almost a hour later. And then that…i had the audacity to tell the police that they wanted me to leave and not return. A joke. In 10 years this place has consistently gotten worse. Today I have videos to prove just how bad it is.
