We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

I was literally in line for 24 minutes, then when I got to place my order the employees acted as if they couldn’t comprehend what I was saying. I ordered boneless chicken and instead of them telling me that they obviously ran out of the boneless chicken they gave me party wings. Such a let down. If there was another Checkers close to me I would go. If you’re in a rush, I definitely don’t recommend you going to this Checkers on Route 541. This photo below proves that this definitely wasn’t the advertised boneless chicken bites on the menu. Definitely false advertising… I hope timely service and correct food is a priority one day at this CHECKERS.

Staff was somewhat pleasant. Shorted us an order of fries but since we weren’t given our receipt we couldn’t do much about it. Yeah I know you have to check your order before leaving which we usually do but had the grandkids with us and we were in a hurry. The bag was one big grease slick and all of the napkins were soaked with grease by the time we got home. What the heck??

System was down only accepted cash, that’s fine. However, my food was cold…burger was partially reheated fries weren’t even room temperature. I’ve never been so disappointed from a checkers. The cashier was nice though. I’d rather they just say they’re closed for the night!

This checkers is consistently slow to the point that I’ve waited 15 minutes in the drive through before I’m acknowledged. I just now left because I was the only car there for 15 minutes and got no service and when I got to the window, someone was on the phone. I haven’t gotten food the last 4 times I was there and I was double charged the last time that I did. And no refund was given. I love checkers for but this store is awful and the service is awful and unacceptable, and if I could’ve given zero stars, I would have.

Best fries in the business! Fast and friendly service. Prices in line with other fast food places. Would always rather go through drive through here than McDonald’s. Not health of course but good ever once in a while. I always skip Wendy’s next door and new McDonald’s close by.

Wish I could give NO stars. I’ve always loved checkers but at a point they started getting sloppy. Gave them a try again a few months ago and have been going back frequently, including tonight. Service and food was terrible ! The workers inside didn’t listen at all to my order. I ordered my food and mentioned a coupon I had as well as a deal they have going on. They proceeded to overcharge me, I got to the window and asked for a receipt, I was told they don’t have receipts, which is a lie. He told me he could take a picture of the screen with my phone so I saw where they charged me full price for the item in which I had a coupon for. Also I saw that they charged me for $3 for a deal that was going at a price of 2 for $2. I complained and they acted as though they were doing me a favor by handing me my change back that they overcharged me for. After getting my change back they told me to pull around to the other drive through window, I waited for about 10 minutes. He comes to the window with my food and the windows wouldn’t open so he walked to the side door of the establishment and handed me my food. I checked the bag and realized they added cheese to a sandwich when I asked for none. I got out and went in and they fixed it. I didn’t realize at the time that the fish had no tarter sauce on it, one of the checkerbugers had a sliver of a purple onion and the other had regular onions. The fries were cold and soggy with grease. I was very unpleased overall and I wish something would be done about the staff they choose to hire. I won’t be returning ever again. P.S. tried to call their location and the phone line said it is disconnected, so I am posting here.

My family and I have been comming to this location for about two decades and we’ve always been satisfied with the quality of food and services. However, today I feel sorry to say that is not the case. The sandwiches and fries we received were barely warm and not cooked properly, taste was subpar. I hope that these concerns will be met with serious actions and the next time we come back, they will be rectified.
