INFECTION CONTROL & PREVENTION IS CRITICAL. …EVERYONE MUST USE GLOVES TO TOUCH UTENSILS…BUT THERE ARE NO GLOVES AVAILABLE.

Great selection of food. Lots of sea food, soup and sushi. They need gloves at each food station.

My Concern:
They do not offer clear plastic gloves at food stations for customers to use. This is a Infection Control issue. Imagine hundreds of people touching same shared utensils to gather their foods . Imagine coming behind anyone who just used the bathroom and didn’t wash their hands. You just came behind that person and touched utensils tgey just had in their hand. Germs are spread ftom hand to hand. YUK!
There are no gloves anywhere in this place. Today, I asked workers for gloves. I was told they have no GLOVES.

The food is usually pretty good during the day. 13.99 during the week for sr. lunch. Jumps significantly for weekends. 21.99 but it is posted. The thing that I really enjoyed was drinking the hot tea from the little kettle. They did not do this .
When I asked for a refill,it was one teabag I had already used. It was like drinking hot water! They charged $3 for hot water and 1 tea bag! Service was kind of slow giving refills for drinks too.

We went Thursday dinner. Most every thing was good. But the lobster was really bad . It was like rotton road kill. I should it to the Manger she it normal, I was like no no you need to open your nose and smell it. Then she went to the kitchen got more ice and put on them. Really I couldn’t believe it. We also had some shrimp that were really soft and muchy. There was a marshmallow dish that tasted sour. We drove over a hour to try this place. It will not happen again. We had to ask for refills on are drinks. It was cold inside. Very sad.

Sashimi was delicious. Mind blowing considering it was this type of buffet. The fried chicken wings, brisket, crab rangoon, fruit and dessert buns were all tasty. I appreciate the spicy mayo, eel sauce, tuna, and salmon. Plenty of shrimp options. I liked the (walnut minus the walnut) shrimp. I want to try the oysters, lobster claws, and cocktail sauce next time. Price was $18 a person for dinner. Soda was extra, around $3.

Beats our local buffet! Its pricey but worth it. Food was good. Service was okay. Wait time wasnt too bad for a party of 6. And it was busy on the weekend. Parking is crazy. But again food was delicious.

We are here on a busy Saturday evening and service is exceptional. It is our first time trying since the new ownership. The food is really great, and they really pay great attention to your needs.

Hands down, the best buffet in town!

I’ve been to so many buffets in different cities and states, and I can honestly say Charm City Buffet is still the best of the best. The food quality, variety, and freshness are on another level. Everything is well-seasoned, constantly refilled, and served hot and fresh.

The selection is incredible—something for everyone—and you can tell they actually care about maintaining quality, not just quantity. On weekends, they even have lobster, which is a huge bonus and honestly hard to beat. The seafood, hot dishes, and desserts were all spot on. Nothing tasted rushed or old, which is rare for a buffet.

The place is clean, the staff is friendly and attentive, and the overall experience just feels worth it every single time. No matter how many buffets I try elsewhere, I always end up comparing them to Charm City Buffet—and none of them measure up.

If you’re looking for a buffet that truly delivers, this is the one. Highly recommended, and I’ll definitely keep coming back! ️

Some food from the buffet is great and some not so great. Coconut shrimp is good. I didn’t really care for the crab soup. Good selection of food. Good salad bar selection, but wish they had blue cheese dressing. Dessert is very good. Ice cream, pudding, cakes and fruit. Don’t forget they have hibachi too which is pretty good but I didn’t try that this time. A little pricey for 2 adults and 1 kid, was close to $60 for dinner.

If I could leave 0 stars I would! This was literally the worst experience I have ever had in my life. Between the food not being that great, to the dirty bathrooms, to the fact that they sent multiple people to look for me and my daughter in the bathroom to the point where a couple of employees went into the bathroom while my daughter and I were STILL in the stall AND ACTIVELY TALKING and then again when we were washing our hands. The manager asked if I felt offended I sure did! I never once walked past them or their hostess stand to leave the restaurant, they would have seen me. Instead I walked my three year old daughter to the bathroom BEFORE leaving the restaurant and apparently that is a problem to these people! They even tried stopping the people I was with from leaving the restaurant AFTER they paid THEIR bill! This is the most horrific and offensive experience I have ever had in my life!

Adding I emailed the owner as requested over a month ago and still have not heard back. Goes to show they do not actually care about the service!
