If I could give 0 stars I would. We went here to grab lunch and my food not only came on a dirty plate, I was given mayo on it. When I told her I requested no mayo the waitress says that’s melted cheese not mayo. So I asked my husband who likes mayo to try it and it was mayo. She said they always put condiments on the side so it couldn’t be. My plate also had egg on it when no eggs were even ordered. She said the manager would get me another sandwich. The other two were done eating and still I didn’t get a new sandwich. We just told them to keep the sandwich and paid. I thought the least a manager could do is come out and speak to us but no. She just wanted to discount my food that was made wrong and placed on a dirty plate. Gross and will NEVER go back here!!!

We had the mini samplers, milk, banana bread and toast. Have to say the toast was the best part of the meal. Bob Evans is really cutting the quality of their food. In addition the food was cold, portions ridiculous small even for the “mini sampler” standards. Probably won’t be back

We had a really nice family dinner tonight. Our server and food were great. We also talked to the manager Harrison. He had the restaurant moving along well and really made sure we were well taken care of! Thank you guys!

We should have turned around and left as soon as we got there. The booth seats were dirty, the floors were filthy, not very busy so to me there was no excuse for the uncleanliness. Young man who served us ( I believe his name was Steven) took our order. Our order sat under the lights for at least 10 minutes, another server noticed and delivered to out table. We had to ask for utensils, bread, sauce for chicken tenders and no one asked if we wanted more to drink. Stephen never came back to our table so we had to ask for our check. Servers were trying to tell the cookies how to do somethings. Other female servers were singing loudly to the music at one point. Some guy with a bag on hair was hanging around. Does BE not train employees anymore? Last time at Milford Bob Evans. Disappointed I have never not left a tip, but this time it was so bad, I just couldn’t justify it.

It’s been a few years since we dined here, and we were happy to find that the food and service have greatly improved since our last visit. We selected basic breakfast fare, and it was served up promptly and at the right temperature. Our server checked back with us regularly, and did a stellar job of making us feel welcomed. Nicely done!

We have received consistently excellent service, and have been very impressed with the cleanliness of the restaurant. Everyone is friendly, hard working, and attentive. This location should be the benchmark for this franchise.

Visited on a Sunday morning. No wait, but decently busy. Think we beat the church Service because it was definitely getting busier as we left. Service was great, server was super nice. Food was good. Appreciated the hard work and service the employees gave us.

Okay so hear me out. I love this place, it’s part my childhood and the atmosphere is super cozy. If I could rate the dine it and online order experience separately though I would. The dine in experience is almost always delightful. However if you were thinking about ordering online, save yourself the money and don’t do it. I don’t know why but they keep getting my orders wrong. The second to last time I ordered I mistakenly decided to spend an extra $2 to get loaded shredded hash browns vs the normal ones, expecting them to have something along the lines of cheese, bacon, onions, maybe even some sour cream. Only to be met with soggy hash browns with some melted cheese on them. I complained and they did give me a $10 online credit, which was kind, so I decided to give ordering online another chance. Ordered a fish sandwich with fries this time. Got two pieces of fish by themselves with the fries. No buns, no coleslaw, no tartar sauce, no pickles, no lemon. The food is always put in oversized to go boxes and is in a shaken disarray by the time you get it as well. Overall, disappointing. Please just eat in, it’s a far more pleasant experience more worth your money than ordering online.

Oh lordy were do I start first long wait it’s Sunday it’s fine then seated in a dirty booth wife ask for a rag and wiped it down her self then the drinks OK they finally came back the order double meat farmers choice and her French toast it finally comes and oh lord it’s cold as cold gets. I took few bites I’m hungry finally nope can’t do it sausage link it under cooked I have pancake cold finally I say to wife let’s go she agrees we do ask for carry out biscuit gravy and fry to go wow itscoldanddaughter at home chuks into trash so out 50.00 and arrive to bobs I’m from the area and have eaten here a bunch of times only to see it going down hill other customers around us saidsame thing they said what happen to I hop not a good deal when customers drive to Eastgate bobs just for better experience

I Have been eating breakfast here for years but in the last couple months the service and quality has gone completely off a cliff. This is the third and final time that I have been seated and it took 20 minutes to even get service then another 20 to get food and coffee. You know when you’re getting almost $4.00 for coffee and you don’t even get it when the food gets here because the second string waitress didn’t read her own ticket and walks past your empty table a dozen times it’s time to go to the next exit to Cracker Barrel.
