Great yes I get amazing food awesome service. The place has a really good atmosphere. I highly recommend getting the dinner for two it will feed you both very well and it’s a great price. The soup is also amazing so are the spring rolls the fresh rolls and the egg rolls actually everything is amazing there!

I recently checked out Charlie Kang’s Restaurant on Grand River Ave, a really nice spot for hanging out with friends. The place has a chill, casual feel — perfect for grabbing a meal with friends or before class. Haven’t been back in years—still just like we remembered. Prices are fair for a college town, portions are decent. Mapo tofu and beef chow fun are solid picks. Skip the Chinese broccoli. Between Mongolian beef and chicken, definitely go beef. As someone who usually eats authentic Chinese food, this is about as guilt-free as Americanized Chinese gets.

Got some food delivered and it was perfect. I love Korean/Manchurian Chinese food and this place does a pretty good job, made it a very nostalgic meal. Also having an American Chinese option was great for my husband. Can’t wait to try the Korean menu next time, for they had an extensive dishes that I have not seen served in other Korean restaurants.

The bibimbap at Charlie Kang’s is delicious, and tastes as great as I recall from previous times eating there while in Michigan. The fresh vegetable spring rolls were nicely filled. All went down well with a lot of oolong tea. Another guest in my dinner party had the pork egg rolls with there cashew chicken. They said everything was delicious and the egg rolls were cooked perfectly.
The server was friendly and professional. He was even surprised how quickly I ate my food.
Parking is in an adjacent parking garage, but the walk to the restaurant isn’t terrible.

Great dining experience right near MSU campus. This food is one of the best in the area in my opinion. Wonton soup is delicious among many other items. Tried carryout the week before and that was good but the dining in experience was even better. Will be back here soon.

The food and service are excellent . The restaurant is downtown East Lansing and can be very difficult to find. You must park in the parking garage at Abbott and Grand River. I give it 4 1/2 stars because the parking is difficult and there really isn’t any atmosphere. Will be back ; food is excellent. General Tso shrimp and Chicken Teryiki. Drinks were good also.
