This is my first somewhat negative experience with Charlie Brown’s in Chatham. We arrived just before 6 on a Saturday evening in October. It was busy with few tables available but our party of 4 sat next to the fireplace (not going) on the lower level. Our server Katie was friendly and took our orders after about 10 minutes. Drinks arrived 8-9 minutes later (we were very close to the bar). We were waiting until about 6:45 for our appetizers (we didn’t do the salad bar). Surrounding tables arrived after us and had their meals served before our appetizers. We had planned to stay for dessert but decided that service was too slow. Katie was busy and pleasant. She may have forgotten to put in our ticket on a timely basis or they were slammed in the kitchen. I would suggest for diners not taking the salad bar like us should get their meals sooner. Food was very good.

My husband’s retirement party was here. The food was fantastic & salad bar was excellence. All 48 in attendance was pleased with experience and service provided by Kim & Brian was terrific & we were well taken off. Jimmy who bused the tables did a great job. THE staff can do a large party in style. Thank you all from management to servers, kitchen for food arriving timely & delicious and all support staff.

So I haven’t been in a while. I stopped in for dinner today. Had French Onion Soup and Grilled chicken sandwich. It was OK . Linda waited on me she was very friendly and pleasant. I would definitely be back and ask for her. Turns out she has worked here for a long time. Extremely friendly and professional.

Food quality decent. Had three different wait staff. Felt like we were completely being ignored. Had to wait 15+ min just to flag down someone for a drink refill – not that busy of a place. Next time, I’ll go-to Roots. No wonder all of the locations are closing!

Stopped in today the 4th of July and had a really good experience. Excellent prime rib & salmon with unlimited salad. A couple of cold draft beers and a nice young man who waited on us. Good value, good quality and nice place. Kid friendly too.

Good Parking easy Exit and Entrance to Business. Food moderately priced, good service, suggest you get your order repeated by server. Ordered Steak Raw and came out well done, ordered Cheese Broccoli Soup with Burger and Fries. Came out with Broccoli and No Fries with Burger. Salad Bar was great.
