Not once, but twice now, my order was atrocious. The wings were undercooked and grainy; ate 3 and threw the other 13 out. The pizza looked like it had been dropped and it tasted awful. Can’t screw up pre-prepared lava cake…well, until you drop it.

Got an online coupon for a “free” 2 topping medium pizza. I was called shortly after placing the order and was told they have no delivery person and I could pick up the order. I asked about the coupon and the young lady who called said they aren’t trained on the app. Was not offered an alternative other than cancelling the order. Try back later or maybe tomorrow they’ll have a driver. Who coincidentally,won’t receive any of the $4.50 delivery fee Domino’s charges.

I ordered before leaving work and it was ready for me when I arrived 45 minutes later. There was a really long line and a lot of upset customers, however. I understand they just opened and may not have been prepared for such a rush even though it’s a Friday night. I recommend calling ahead rather than walking in for orders, as that worked out for me without a hitch. Hopefully just growing pains. Food was good and order was correct though I did have to ask for the sauces I ordered (to be fair, this happens almost every time I go to any Domino’s!!).

They hire n fire the wrong people when all they do is hang on their phones goof off and not get orders correctly, older people could do a better job tem those young ones, they really need someone owning these places that can actually run a store an not always goofing off. Left a five star review 3 years ago but have to change it today. I have ordered numerous times from Dominos and usually got good service. The last half dozen times now have been poor and I am disappointed in being a loyal customer. Lately sauces and dips have been missing from orders. Even the ones I have been charged extra for. Soda missing from order. Wings with sauce squirted on top and not mixed or tossed. With the delivery charge and leaving a tip this is unacceptable. I will be trying pizza hut againa fter this last order.

Ah Come On!!!! I ordered on line to simplify things for my husband. He’s taking care of me after I’ve had surgery on my foot and can’t walk for 12 weeks. He went to the trouble to pick it up for me so I could have it right away. All you had to do was reach in your refrigerator and pull out a pre made Chicken Apple Pecan salad and hand it to my husband. He even stopped at the store just to buy a specific dressing that I like, which you don’t carry. So he got back home and heated up the chicken, set up the salad and brought it to me. Then he said, “I thought you wanted the one with apples…” I told him I did, as I stirred around the salad looking for the apples. Then we looked closer at the plastic cover, and read Cesar Salad! So I had to call to tell the clerk about it. She offered to deliver it. But then said there would be a charge for that. So my husband had to go back out in the cold rain/sleet and exchange the salads.

Wow. Ordered online for delivery at 5:15 pm. Waited. And waited. And waited. Order tracking says my order was finished cooking at 6:05 pm. Telephone number not in service, which is super helpful. Finally at 6:45 I drove over myself to go pick up dried out pizza that had been sitting for 45 minutes. No one there seemed to care or offer to make it right. Awful customer service. Lackluster food. Never going back.
