This was probably the most disgusting sandwiches we’ve ever had. Me & my boyfriend spent $47 on 2 sandwiches, some fries, & mozzarella sticks. I got the original cheesesteak & the bread was extremely soft & the meat itself was soggy. They smothered it in the Craft Singles tasting cheese & the fries were super soggy too. They didn’t even put the buffalo chicken on my boyfriend’s buffalo sandwich. They plopped it in the middle so he had to use his hands to actually put it on the bread. His chicken was super dry. We literally could not even finish eating the food because it was truly that bad. We ended up wasting almost $50 & eating something else

Lady over charged me. I asked for a large combo somehow received a regular but was charged for a large meal. The communication barrier is real as the person taking my order really don’t understand what’s happening. I paid 20+ for a large meal that was regular.

Worse than mall Charley’s and the card reader UI is awfully small; as if it’s designed to make you accidentally tip too much for FASTFOOD that is already overpriced. Peach lemonade is also disappointing, just annoying overly sweet peach chunks added to regular lemonade.

I love Charley’s but someone check the Mexican chicken with the big hoop earring my orders was all wrong. And when I was ordering the girl in front of me her orders was wrong to. Ordered a Philly Cheesesteak at the Renton Walmart Supercenter. When got home she gave me Chicken Philly. I said oh well, just eat it. So I did, but it tasted horrible. No sauce, no flavor, very dry. I wish I had gone to Subway.

Food is good well the cheese steaks. But service is super slow it took the guy 10 mins Just to say I have to wait another 5min for a door dash order if you are dashing I would suggest passing on this place because your time is valuable and you will have to wait 15 plus mins
