They have great specials for a good price. Fast and friendly service. Food is always great. You can watch them cook your cheesesteaks right in front of you, and customize it any way you want. Their wings are also delicious. They have great deals on the boneless wings if you’re looking for a bargain. And you have to try the cheese and bacon fries with fruit lemonade. I always love coming here on my break, all the staff are so nice and always greet me and say hi when I pass by. Check this place out in the food court at Livermore Outlet Malls. A great place to stop by for a bite while you’re shopping.

Placed an order for 6pc boneless wings, right after we ordered, I saw they had an offer for 6pcs wings with fries that was cheaper than just ordering wings. There was this lady named Dana or Diana, she was so rude while taking our order, she was showing us attitude when we were asking her questions. I asked her what flavors you have and she was like they are up there with attitude. We asked her if she can refund and get us the combo deal. She was like no you have to go to the kiosk to order it while she started helping other people behind us. She was very nice to this couple behind us, which I felt like she was being racist to us also. This is very very bad customer service. There was this guy who helped us and I really appreciate him.

The food and employees were fine it was the management and the wait that seems off. Not just myself but others noticed that if you ordered from the Kiosk it took longer than if you went to the register. Rather than apologize for the wait, the manager made excuses. I wouldn’t have said anything if it hadn’t been for the other customers noticing also. Three customers from the line that ordered after me got thier sandwich before mine came out. I had no special order or request so there was really no excuse and he should have said “it’s not supposed to do that and I’ll look into it” and I would have been satisfied. I did finish my sandwich and went on with my life after writing this. Cheers

Food court stall in the outlet. Cheesesteak and lemonade were ok. Small cheesesteak was more than enough food but extra beef might have been better. Fries with cheese sauce on the side were great, if too salty. Thick cut fries were crispy on the outside, soft on the inside. Less salt would be better.

Kiosk has different pricing (it’s more) , then if you pay in the counter . When I informed this to one of the employee he just denied it…I told him I can show you he just said “ you shouldn’t have use the machine. “ so just like that the machine charge you $1- $2 more.

Very bad experience. Just to get wings and fries waited 25 minutes. The amount of time to wait was ridiculous. After all that waiting the food didn’t even looked because of how mad I was for the wait. Management needs to figure out how to serve 15 people ordering chicken and steak sandwiches.
