Used to love the Charley’s in the mall. Sadly year after year the quality of the food has went downhill. You pay so much for a frozen over processed freezer burnt rectangle slab of meat. Now I understand why the line is nonexistent. Won’t be returning anymore as I bought a Philly today and the low quality was evident l couldn’t even get through one half of the sandwich. They serve this meat in prison if not better.

Really good tasting food without a doubt, My wife and I both love the California Chicken and the Philly Cheesesteak is done right. For some reason, the way they list the price on the receipt seems like you’re paying too much for what you ordered. I will make my order and make it a meal… I hope they are not over charging because it feels like they are. Most of the time when needed, we will get a free drink refill, except for the last visit. They charged for the full price on the refill. Need consistency on the policy.

Service was horrible. Lady could barely understand us. Ordered 3 combos and only received 1 order of fries. Daughter ordered a blueberry lemonade and was given strawberry. For the price we paid I expected the food to at least be decent. Fries we did receieve were cold and soggy, veggies did not taste fresh, and you could tell the meat was left out not pulled from the fridge. I love charleys but this was the worst location ive been to.

I am so extremely disappointed and unsatisfied. I placed an order for 11:45am but got sent on lunch a little earlier so I walk in and ask if they would mind making it earlier. I had my confirmation number/the money taken out of my account. They both were extremely unfriendly and continued to say no they won’t do it regardless of having my confirmation number as well as they wouldn’t cancel it. They both were talking about me in Spanish (I speak Spanish so I can tell, the lady just did not want to make it.) they were so rude too they kept giving me dirty looks when I asked if they could just figure something out. I use to love charleys until they started hiring unqualified rude people.

I got my drink quickly, but the woman at the register quickly cut me off before I could finish my sentence. Haven’t been to this location since I worked in the mall and I don’t think I would go back in all honesty I get that it’s a stressful time with COVID and the holidays. That’s how you don’t get repeat business from people.

With 10 minutes left till closing I let my 4 year old look at the lemonades to pick a flavor. The cashier interrupts her currently ordering customer to say “she is the last customer of day…” to which my child began to cry about not being able to get lemonade. I normally avoid Charleys to begin with and this is only half the reason.
