I have been here several times because back home Arby’s was my go-to. Every time I come to this specific Arby’s I’ve had the worst service while the food was mediocre. I’ve been ignored while standing at the register. I went into the store a week or two ago and there was a woman of darker complexion in front of me. She was just ordering and before I knew it the manager was being called by the employee taking her order. The manager proceeded to profile this woman and treat her differently and my food came out before hers even though I ordered after. I asked the woman what she ordered and all she got was 1 sandwich. I ordered meals for 2 people. ? I ate in the parking lot and without even thinking about it I had finished my food while she had just been handed hers and walked out to her car. I rolled down my window to ask her why it took so long. They made up some excuse that they were out of fries. and chose to fill the larger order rather than the order that had 0 fries Worst experience. This manager is so awful every time I return.

My experience here at Arby’s in Princeton Indiana was impeccable. From the food, to the cleanliness, to customer service. The customer service here is out of this world. Daiton Nichols never fails to make each experience at Arby’s unforgettable and Shawn Holland is just the sweetest. If you are looking for somewhere to go I 10/10 recommend Arby’s.

Would not recommend this place… ordered a half pound roast beef sandwich meal and they didn’t even put the fries in the bag the first time so I had to go back and get the fries well when i got to work I found out that they gave me a chicken sandwich.. they won’t do anything about it and their the worst place. Also they have mold on their bottom bread..

I’ve stopped here a couple times. Each time I’ve been happy with the drive thru. Even if line is a little long it goes pretty fast. Food has always been fresh n most importantly no cold fries!

I stopped in for a quick afternoon bite to eat planning to order off the happy hour menu. However, the happy hour menu is no longer available, so I figured I would try the new burger. I didn’t want a soda and asked about getting the meal and substituting a snack shake for the drink and the lady kept trying to ring everything up individually, after several failed attempts I told her to just give me the fries and sandwich. End of story, save your money by not over paying for the burger as it’s nothing special. Arby’s used to be one of my go to stops for an inexpensive afternoon snack off the happy hour menu, but it looks like I’ll be making a lot less stops at Arby’s.

I did a mobile order. You have to go inside to pick it up. It was fairly fast. The store seemed pretty clean. They were busy. My only complaint is the bread on the French dip sandwiches was very tough. My regular roast beef was good!
