Came through Burger King late in the evening and was pleasantly surprised. The Whopper was hot and had that classic flame-grilled taste, and my onion rings were fresh and crispy. The drive-thru staff were polite and got my order right, which I always appreciate.
The only downside was the soda machine inside needed refilling, so drink options were a little limited. Other than that, everything was solid and I’d definitely stop by again for a quick meal.

We asked all of our meals to be large. Got one large meal and one small meal. We were in the drive thru for 30 min between ordering our food, paying and everything. We made sure to check that we had all our food and they almost skimped us two wraps. Then the Double Whopper we ordered is magically a whopper only. This used to be a great place to get food and it has gone down hill. Don’t go here. Drive the little extra way to another Burger King.

Just got breakfast from my favorite Burger King in Jeff but the food was a BIG disappointment! The French toast sticks were soggy and mushy inside. The egg/cheese biscuit was hard and dry, just NOT GOOD food!!! Won’t go back for a while!!! Yuk !!!

Person working the counter at 12 lunch time needs re trained female long black curly hair. I walked in two people waiting couple of minutes go by she takes order
Doesn’t acknowledge me she picks up a bag starts to fill an order. No rush whatsoever . Then she finds they already have their food. Picks up another bag then goes the drive thur to ask them what they have ordered Doesn’t have drive thru headphones on. I turn around to ask the person behind that walked in a couple of minutes after me if I was invisible but they already left after she talks to person in drive thru she has to stare at the sandwich for 30 seconds to figure out what she has….
So I walked out also

White young female night shift manager was extremely unprofessional and rude, the owner of this location should be embarrassed. I simply asked could she put more ketchup in the bag and she yelled “SURE”. She obviously can’t handle the pressure and responsibility of being a manager.

I got my order quickly and the food was nice and hot!! The staff even interacted with my daughter and gave her a Halloween themed BK crown. Overall very pleased with this location.

This Burger King is incredible!! The food is always hot and fresh, the interior is always clean, and the manager is so friendly and helpful. He goes above and beyond every single time for every customer! Our last visit was for breakfast, and the drive thru lady noticed my baby was giving me grief and offered me a kid’s meal toy to help out. It’s so hard to find employees in food service who still care like the staff at this Burger King!

I did an online order, and it wasn’t even ready when I got there. 35 minutes later it still wasn’t ready. they said they didn’t start to order until after I checked in. I was there almost an hour for just one whopper. They had three other customers inside the place, as I had to go in since they sure wasn’t coming out to where they were supposed to be bringing my online order. Everyone inside was mad, and I’m talking about the two employees and the three customers, it was a horrible experience, and I would not recommend this Burger King to anyone ever! I only waited that long because I had already paid online and I wanted what I had paid for.
