Ive been to a few different Charlie’s and this one is by far the nicest and best tasting one. All of the managers are always so kind and funny. They all know my order and have it ready so fast. Definitely the best Charlie’s in LA.

What I don’t understand is why aren’t the wings cooked fresh? The manager (which really need a lesson in customer service she’s always short and very rude) but I don’t understand why she refuses to cook the wings fresh and insist on REFRYING them. She literally told me on a Tuesday that she cooked them this morning and reheats them because she gotta be ready? But be ready for what? The mall is dead and it’s a Tuesday. So even if the Customer is willing to wait on fresh food why is it refused and made out to be something that they JUST DON’T AND WONT DO?
