First time I’ve eaten here and although the food tasted okay, although too salty, I don’t think I’ll return. The staff was not following good hygiene practices. The gentleman working the cash register was wearing gloves, which he did not remove to ring me up and then turned and served drinks. One girl was leaning against the counter with her face in her gloved hands, basically getting oil and grease from her face not to mention all her germs all over her gloves. After finally deciding to get back to work she picked up chicken with the same gloves on and put it in the fryer. I almost said I didn’t want my sandwich. However the only person who seemed to take their job seriously was the one making my sandwich, thankfully. After all that it was a disappointing amount of meat on the roll.

I just had the absolute worst food I’ve ever had. I ordered two half subs from there through door dash and when it arrived it was ice cold the chicken tasted funny, there was no ranch on it and the worst part was there was literally only chicken and toppings on one half of each of the sandwiches. I tried to get it resolved through door dash and they offered me a $5 refund on a $20 order.

They didn’t even cook the peppers down, these people who are cooking it have never had what they are selling lol the food is expensive and whack, make sure to ask for no mayo tomato or lettuce on you Philly cheese steak. I can’t stand un attended franchises.

Disappointing. Clean and relatively quick. When I opened my box the sandwich looked sloppy had to ask for extra lettuce and portion of the fries was less from my last visit… They gave me more lettuce but said the portion of the fries is what they always serve. It’s a good thing there’ are other options in the mall and they won’t care to loose a customer.

Extremely rude. No personable skills whatsoever. Just spent over $60 for dinner and the fires were forgotten. Usually no big deal, Inconvenient for sure, but not the end of the world. I understand busy busy times of the day, especially during dinner rush, but to get hung up on twice and basically told tough s**t and nothing that they are willing to do, is completely unacceptable. Shame on the young man and his awful attitude.

I work at the mall, so I tend to eat Charley’s a lot! The food is grilled right in front of you and fries are always made fresh! I have tried numerous sandwiches on the menu and have never been dissatisfied! Be sure to try the Ultimate Fries!
