A fantastic meal. I’m a picky eater, especially in food courts. But “Charleys Philly Steaks” is fantastic. The food is made to order so it’s hot, delicious and made your way. You have to get a sandwich from them and see for yourself…. Don’t forget the cheese fries!

I had recently placed a mobile order. I had ordered the boneless wings combo. I get to Charley’s to pick up my order, the gentleman says that they have no wings at this location. He said that this is the menu and he pointed to the in store menu. He made it clear that I can see it on my phone that there is wings, but they just do not at that location. He then proceeded to say he can make the wings for me this one time. Since I didn’t know I told him I appreciated it. He said if I wanted wings there is Popeyes right next to them. The attitude and demeanor of this Charley’s with all employees including this gentleman is not it. It’s not my fault that the app is not updated. I was also thrown off by the gentleman saying they have no wings at
that location, but clearly made wings. Customer service can be a little better

This was my second time coming here in the last month and it’s official this place does not represent Charley’s Cheesesteak – I had Philly cheese steak sandwiches at least not what I’ve had in the past. The cook didn’t even chop up the bell peppers. I had this big stupid size bell peppers in my sandwich and the steak seemingly wasn’t very seasoned. It was just meat in a bun. The only thing that was good was the strawberry lemonade. I will not patronize this place again three times will not be a time for me..

Quite possibly the worst Charley’s in the whole state. I mean, it’s in a mall, so I can’t discredit it too much. But man, my expectations are blown away by how poor of an experience I can have EVERY time I go here.
Consistently terrible, it’s like they’re actively trying to do it. Just look at the receipt: no phone number, and the address goes to no where. You can’t even contact them to tell them how bad of a job they’re doing.
The bread is crumby, and no one can fold a sandwich without it falling apart. Noemi doesn’t have ears, can’t take an order and cannot manage basic customer needs.
Do yourself a service and NEVER go here.

Management is rude and unable to provide adequate customer service. When I reminded them I had requested Mayo the older Hispanic gentlemen placed it with his hand and gave it back.i have never received such service and he refused to give any information and said even if you call I’ll answer.

We eat at this place every time we go to the mall. We get the gourmet French fries that come with cheese and bacon every time. Today though, they put just a little bit of cheese in a corner and when I’ve asked them to ad more since they’re not cheap, they told me there will be a $1.60 more to do that. And while I’m telling the guy that it’s not wright what they’re doing since we’re paying more for the fries with cheese, a young kid comes over with the same request, same order, more cheese. And they also tell him he needs to pay more. The food is very good but I can’t stand for this type of greed. Therefore, I won’t be back. I’m paying too much for what’s being offered. If I’m paying a “gourmet” price, then that’s what I aspect to get. Don’t do that, it’s bad for business
