I tried the Buffalo Chicken Philly and it was good. I don’t usually like chicken Philly’s because the meat is usually too dry, but this place chicken is nice and juicy. The service was cool as well. My order was done within a reasonable time. I will definitely come back to this restaurant the next time I’m in the mall.

It’s an ok place to eat at the mall. Nothing spectacular or healthy on the menu. I tried their new Prime Q philly with jalepenos and bacon. Why? Because it had bacon! Friendly staff and there wasn’t much wait at all. Total cost for a sandwich and cheese (gourmet) was a little over $11. Next time I might try something else I’d possible. Overall, I went complain, I got what I ordered and I tasted good.

I’m working in the mall for the next couple of months. I’ve tried to eat at Charley’s twice now. Last week at 1 pm I was told by a very rude woman that they were closed cause her cook had to leave. I was thoroughly confused. I thought everyone that worked there could cook. I shook it off as a weird occurrence and grabbed food from Auntie Ann’s down the way.

I liked this place but their quality became bad in the past few weeks. I mean really bad. The drink is not at all good. Even though it says strawberry, I can hardly find flavor of strawberry. The cheese fries are served very hot. We have to wait for quite sometime for cheese to cool down. The cook was not at all careful while preparing the cheesesteak.

Horrible service. I ordered a old school Philly with provolone and jalapeños including green peppers the Lettuce Tomatoes and the mayo of course. The guy at the register even repeated to them. When I got my sandwich it was nothing but provolone and jalapeños. That’s all. I went back he said he still remake for me. It was the same sandwich with no green peppers. They put Lettuce and tomato on top, and top of the tomato was cold cheez whiz. Not even warm or mixed. I spent 21 dollars with horrible sandwich and horrible experience

Only giving this review because i was slightly offended by the cooks behavior. He was very disrespectful towards the cashier because she rang up our order for veggies on the side. He came over the the cashier and said something inaudible and she proceeded to apologize and ask (Miguel) the Cook to understand that we had requested that due to and allergies and that we were splitting our sandwich between the two of us. And he stormed off clearly upset about it. I felt bad for the cashier. She was so nice.
