Did a call in order for lunch and the lady who took my order was very kind and patient.
When I arrived and received my food it smelt amazing. I ordered the Kurimu (Creamy Chicken) Raman and 2 jumbo lemon pepper wings.
However when I tried the chicken and Raman both were flavorful ,but extremely salty.
For the price of $16 it was mainly broth I could count the number of kernels and carrots.
It was not worth the money.

Definitely don’t get the Ramen. Also don’t waste your money on any of the 16-18 dollar sushi, when you can get pretty much the exact same serving size for 8 dollars. The atmosphere is nice and seems like a good place for a group of friends. Service was friendly, but the food took a little long time to prepare. It was on a Friday night however so I give them grace in that aspect.

As I told our awesome server, I was only upset that I hadn’t been here sooner! Our boozy strawberry lemonade was perfect for a summer day on Main Street, the patty melt was perfectly cooked, and the fried pickles were hot and crispy! My boyfriend got the shrimp tempura Ramen, and it really hit the mark! I cant wait to return!

Passing through belleville, needed some lunch. A recent review of this place popped up on my gmaps feed of the area, and I took a chance after checking all the reviews out.
I don’t regret it.
Took around 30mins to get our food as the only other group there. Seemed like there was one waitress available attending both groups.
Salad, Spicy Beef Ramen, and Fish Fry special (cod with fries and hushpuppies) all came out together.
Everyone gave a thumbs up to their meals. I sampled my spicy beef very thoroughly and I do believe it was pretty good. Really liked the boiled eggs. I only regret not having a stomach big enough to sample more dishes.

I was pleasantly surprised by Chaos Sushi Bar and Grill. After Seven closing recently, Main Street needed a sushi spot (remember Samran is just north of the fountain on 159 and also has a delicious menu). I can’t remember what roll I ordered, but it was delicious. The ramen was tasty, but the flavor could be improved upon. It seems to me for a restaurant to really shine at making ramen, the restaurant has to primarily be a ramen restaurant. We had fun tasting the desserts available.
The space was clean, the menu broad, service friendly, and there was no wait to be seated. It’s not unusual to experience a longer wait time for sushi since they’re most often made to order, but we didn’t wait terribly long for our food.
Would like to return after some time to see if the quality in flavor will improve.

What a great place to eat, an extraordinarily clean & comfortable atmosphere with the BEST service! Our waitress was just the absolute sweetest & so accommodating. The food was soooo delicious. I had a ramen bowl, sushi, & a mochi to top it off! Talk about comfort food!! That ramen bowl was tasty & filling! The sushi was such a treat! I’ve been missing good sushi & finally found the perfect spot to fulfill my cravings. Of course you couldn’t beat the macha mochi for a sweet treat too (I would have had more if I wouldn’t have been so full, lol). My coworker said the strawberry was very good as well. I cannot wait to go back!! The menu is packed full of a great variety for any craving really. I might try a smash burger next! Lol. (Or patty melt). It’ll be a tough decision for sure. All of the ramen bowls look so yum. Anyway, it was excellent! I’m so happy I finally got to go.

What’s this make? At least 8th time: had to volcano sushi. It was awesome. Check out the picture. They make the sushi into a circle and then pile it high with shredded crab and scallops. They have also completely redone their fried pickles and they are thick sliced and great.
Went again tonight for about the 7th time for more sushi and tried a “flight” of their yummy desserts. Mochi pic added.
Third visit: had sushi with my daughter. It was very good. We got the fried jalapeños and they were amazing.
Second visit: ordered sushi and it was fantastic. The friend who came with me ordered a burger, which he loved but it took about 35 minutes and there was not a busy crowd.
First visit: Went on the tail end of opening weekend and the Ramen was all gone, along with salmon and the carbonation for sodas. Pretty sure they just got hammered with business all weekend. We had a very mixed selection of food tonight. Pizza, burger, 3 different sushi rolls, fried pickles and 2 different sandwiches.
First of all the sandwiches come with fries. It doesn’t say that on the menu and for the price I was surprised it came with fries. $6 gets you a single burger with fresh vegetables, onions, tomato, lettuce, and fries. That’s crazy and I love it! My son said the patty melt was one of the best things he’s ever had.
A few weeks ago, before the grand opening, I had my retirement here and they did an amazing job
I think they do have some areas to grow on but this being the first weekend they handled it well. Hoping it sticks around.

I discovered those place on Thursday, it is now Sunday and I have already stopped by three times. The service is fantastic, it’s by far the only place that I’ve ever seen where they will tell you what sushi roll is what roll. The ramen is a large serving. One bowl was enough for two people. Everything is good quality, it came out super fast. And when I had an emergency, the staff did everything in their power to help me get out the door as fast as possible. Definitely worth every penny.

Well the Pork Ramen bowl is got was subpar. The soup was VERY salty and thus causing everything in it to taste salty as well.
The spicy salmon roll wasn’t even all that. Flavorless is what I have to say. The spicy mayo was the only thing supporting it. But it wasn’t much.
The fried Philadelphia roll was PEAK. Like it was fantastic! Best thing I had there.
Crunchy Roll was decent in my strong opinion.
Overall, I wish the quality of everything else was better. The fried phili roll is whats keeping this review from being worse.

So happy to have a restaurant on Main Street that has FLAVOR. Our experience from the moment we opened the door was excellent. (We dined during lunch rush on a Saturday in the summer, a busy time for any business on Main Street in Belleville.)
Service = amazing, friendly, courteous, timely.
Food = DAMN! So good. The variety gives a Lil something for everyone. Flavor was on point.
We got a bowl of ramen, if I could take home the aroma of this dish I would have. It was so dang good! A big grilled cheese and a big smash burger. Everything was cooked to perfection.
We will be back for sure.
