Good food but they were out of ribs, mashed potatoes and several other key foods before 6 pm. The girl behind the counter said she was not planning on having customers come in for dinner. Really??? Your a restaurant. We had to settle for last two baked potatoes and brisket. The couple in front on us left and some how I wish we should of followed them, the slow service line and the long wait just to order our food should of been good signs as “We should go somewhere else”. Nice place for lunch if they have food. I would of given a better rating if we could of received the food we wanted. Settling for 3rd or 4th choice is not really good customer service.

Attended a catered event. The chicken was undercooked and cold in the middle. The ribs were undercooked, unable to knaw off the bone. The salad was fine. The mashed potatoes had way too much garlic and black pepper. The food carry bin was on the ground in the horse arena dirt. The trash cans were full of partially consumed food. There was 1 staff, for the 100 person event. It looked pretty, but was inedible.

I’m not sure this place knows how to run a business. We waited in line for 25mins to find out that they were out of literally 75% of their menu at 6:45PM on a Thursday. Instead of helping customers through deciding on their 3rd and 4th choices, they nickel and dimed everything.
Also the menu is confusing. Half the items are t star dead BBQ fair yet don’t have a description. So you have to ask, which slows down the line even more. The staff (Matt) didn’t even seem to know what the sandwiches were without reading off of something behind the counter. The food was fine. Not very Smokey or barbecuey and kind of cold. But not worth the wait, confusion and frustration. Also the lights keep flickering.

Came and purchased 26$ worth of pulled pork and sandwiches, quickly received a tiny pulled pork sandwich and another sandwich that fills 1/9th of the plate. Sorely disappointed, the pork was obviously frozen and not even heated up properly, had hair in the food, and tiny portions. Was very pleased with the speed of service, though! Food was out faster than a McDonalds and much lower quality than one too.

Great locally owned BBQ place with character. Enjoyed the food – brisket, pulled pork, and ribs were all cooked well. Flavorful, pull-apart tender, and still moist. Sauces are good – original, spicy, and sweet all had good flavor. Employee service was extremely attentive. If I had this place at home I’d be there weekly.

Mixed feelings. We stopped in after a long day on driving, they were out of chicken, corn, mac n cheese, mashed potatoes. Still the food was really good and service was very friendly and helpful. Spicy BBQ sauce was great. Not sure if it was poor planning or just a busy day. Would give it another try

Prices are decent. BBQ was great. Pleasantly surprised. Will definitely visit again if/when I’m in the area.
Honestly, the portions were a little skimpy. I’d recommend they either increase the prices and give a little more meat, or offer an “upgrade” menu item for a few dollars to get a heartier portion.

Came to visit my mother in law from California. Food and service here was actually really great , I was a bit worried as it was like the subway BBQ edition . coleslaw could use more flavor and the food could be a little warmer but all in all it was great and the staff are excellent!! The chicken and kilbasa were both amazing. We will visit again when we are in town.

Loved the classic combo brisket sandwich. It came with two sides. My daughter couldn’t finish the potato. We would definitely come back.
Weve gonna back 2 times since. The brisket is consistently delicious. I would recommend it. Mac n cheese is our favorite side.

Was very disappointed by the food. They were out of a lot of things and we had to modify our order. The beans tasted like they came straight from a can and the mac and cheese tasted like it came out of a bag frozen. The meat was good, moist and had some flavor but pairing it with the KC masterpiece tasting BBQ sauce ruined it.
