I normally check reviews before dinning but since this place was close to my boarding gate, I decided to give it a try. Sadly, all the reviews of this place is correct. I had a great server however the quality of the food is same as a fast food and not a restaurant. The burger had no taste and the fries was the same. Absolutely tasteless.

So you’re at the airport waiting to board, and Champps is your best option to grab a bite. I tried for a cosmo but they were out of cranberry juice and so ended up with the Lemon Drop cocktail. Not too bad. We added the shrimp dip. This I would categorize as not horrible but not great. Sitting at the bar the service was ok too.

The absolute worse customer service I have experienced in any airport. They do business by accident. We sat at the bar. The bartender Joyce never once during our whole experience smiled at any customer. She never interacted with any customer sitting at the bar other than to place a menu in font of you and then say “ Do you know what you want”. Never asked @ Can I get you anything else”. “ Have a safe flight, nice day”. NOTHING. Not even THANK YOU!!! Most of the staff in this establishment on that day looked miserable doing their jobs. My suggestion … if you ladies don’t want to work with the public. Go work in a warehouse.

Poor service. There was a line. No one said to the customers. We were just standing and waiting for 5-10 minutes to get seated. The food was mediocre. My server only came by once to see if I was ok. The 2 servers didn’t seem to want to be there. No smiles. I had a spicy chicken sandwich.

This was the worst Fish and Chips I have ever had in my life! The batter was sour, the wait staff was absolutely unprofessional. From the spandex pants with holes in them showing that the pants were 3 sizes too small as her body fought to get out of the hole in the pants to the less than professional demeanor. I could not tell which was worse. The food or the service. I literally did not eat ANY of my meal due to its rancid flavor although the staff let me know that the only choice I had was to remake the same food with the same ingredients. I chose not to get on the plane with the extremely high potential for food poisoning with a flight over 5+ hours. I wouldn’t ever allow myself to even order a beverage from this location again. I advise one to strongly reconsider the thought to waste your hard earned money on a location that lacks customer service, as well as culinary talent. 4 thumbs down

Hahaha I’m at the airport right now and right away the servers were so rude… no greeting, hardly speaking, cranky. I checked Google and thought all the reviews were hilarious and true. I work service industry, even in the early hours of the morning. To be treated so poorly was irritating. I come to this airport every year but I will make sure to never eat here again. Long waiting and the potato wedges were average, breakfast burrito was bad.

Terrible service. The food might be fine, but we never got any. Server walked past us 3 or 4 times and never checked. After 25 minutes a different server asked if we wanted anything. She made excuses and took our orders. About 5 minutes later we got our drinks ($34 for 2 bloody marys). Another 20 minutes and the first server finally checked with us but mostly to complain that someone had put in a food order in her name, “I’ll check on it.” After almost an hour, we got our check, said no to boxing up the non-existent food, paid for our drinks, and went to Sun King. Avoid. I wish there was a zero star option. Oh, and the place was less than half full. Not busy at all.

not only did the food take 50 years to get to us. it wasn’t even good. it took so long that we had to board our plane and ask for our food IN BOXES. (when we got to the restaurant we had an hours worth of time) the food came before my appetizer WHICH WAS CHICKEN FINGERS. i am so upset and disappointed with the restaurant and the way everything was run. if i could give it a worse review i would. also. our waitress looked liked grumpy cat in a wig.

Stopped in for a quick bite before my flight. The place was 25% full. Ordered the cheeseburger. It was 30 minutes into the lunch menu items. The burger arrived in decent time, so my first thought was it should be hot and juicy. Wrong! It was clearly a frozen in a box patty, and it was not hot. The cheese was barely melted. The fries were room temperature.
