I wanted to get matcha from them since i saw the store, i was excited. But when i entered the place was dirty, the guy was vacuuming behind the counter. They include tips by default even though you place your order on a screen, they don’t have the medium drinks because they don’t have cups, charge extra for ‘less ice’ option. The matcha was strong as i like but you can’t taste the milk at all. Not worth the $9 at all (ordered mango matcha latte).

Went here on Thursday afternoon and the place is super empty. Took a while for a server to get our order. Got a matcha latte but it was quite bland for some reason. It was just bitterness. Also got a matcha soft serve. The flavors was okay but definitely not worth the money. Will not return.

A hit or miss experience. When this shop first opened, the soft serve, parfaits, and matcha latte drinks were decent. But both the service and food have noticeably declined. During my recent two visits, the strawberry matcha latte I bought had strange particles on the bottom strawberry layer, so the staff remade it, and the remake of it tasted disgusting and rotten that I threw it away immediately. In another visit when I ordered taiyaki, they completely forgot about my order for 30 minutes, and I had to ask and remind them as I noticed people who ordered after me receiving theirs. The menu that is displayed on the board does not reflect the updated (increased) prices as the ordering tablet, which can be misleading for people waiting in line only to find different prices at the order screen. Perhaps if they were operating at a time when it wasn’t so busy, the experience might’ve been better, but I would not go back. There are much better options for matcha in the area.

Very good quality matcha green tea at a reasonable price. The fish taiyakis are freshly made and very very delicious. Totally recommend for a quick snack or a refreshing matcha tea with lots of additional options to put in it.

I do not recommend this place. The black sesame soft serve I ordered was icy beyond belief. The texture was a solid and chunky mess (see pic). Clearly something was off about the mixture that was used. This for nearly $9 with a tayaki that was deformed (not pictured) was not worth it at all. There’s little care put into what they do.

Got the matcha float and loved it. The matcha ice cream was perfect. Not too sweet and had that hint of bitter. The tea was good and surprisingly not too sweet as I forgot to request a lower sugars level. Service was good. Hope I get a chance to come back on my vacation.
