Very loud music had to go outside for taking a phone call. Sever tried his best. It was almost empty when we came in, waiting time 1 hour, food was really good.

After the last couple of years of eating their food every day the truck was open, we now go at least once a week to sit down and have the best Mexican food in the county. Family owned and as nice as can be, the food is great every time and I’ve been trying something new each time we go. Haven’t been disappointed yet!

I had a rather uncomfortable experience at this establishment. The indoor temperature was quite high, and we had to repeatedly ask for our drinks for 40 minutes. It took an additional 2.5 hours of waiting to finally get our food, and even then, our order was completely wrong. Despite this, the food itself was enjoyable. Considering the prices, I would have expected better amenities like air conditioning and more efficient staffing.

Crazy under staffed, 2 hr wait for food when we got served it was burnt. Before that with a party of 7 they brought 4 salsa and said hopefully we can share. People were nice and tried to make it work after they get up and rolling staffed properly and get stocked up on everything they need would be a great place.

Abysmal. Any person operating any business, new or not, has no excuse whatsoever to take people’s money while knowingly and willfully NOT providing the full service/product they are accepting payment for. These owners have no idea what they are doing. They feel it’s fine to charge people to wait for hours in a half empty restaurant for subpar food. Shut down. Regroup. Decorate and design the restaurant appropriately. Outline procedures. Rehire and train staff THEN reopen only when you are able to perform the services you wish to charge for in a professional and standard way. It’s just that simple. If you are not capable of that, sorry, this business is not for everyone. Maybe stick with the food truck.

I love chabelos. Great people & great establishment. Going from a food truck to a huge restaurant is a big step and they’re handling VERY VERY well. The progress they’ve made is amazing . Chabelos will always be my go to place

They turn away people when no one is in the place. Said they were too busy to serve lunch they had other orders to process. Tried to call several times they do not answer their phone. Management was extremely rude when turned away. For a place just opening I guess they do not want business. With so many Mexican Restaurants in Paris they will not be in business very long. Stay away at all costs.
