I never had a bad experience before tonight. I always go to little ceasar for the crazy bread but today I did an online order and I ended up canceling it after over an hour wait. The service sucked at little Ceasar and the manager looked stone as hell. I ended up going to Domino’s and it was ready after 15 minutes.

I will never go into this Little Ceasar. Those young men are rude, ignorant and unprofessional. If you are going to hire young people trained them. They need customer service training and how to speak to customers. Those young men I feel are racist and the so called manager is a JOKE. He has no knowledge of Management. I waited for 15-25 minutes for one Pizza. Not one of the employees said a word to me while waiting they just acted like I was invisible. No, you Pizza will be ready in a few minutes, thank you for waiting nothing. So, I ask one of the young men if he would check on the pizza he said I am not in the back. He was loading to sodas in the case. Well, it obvious he was not in the back! Dumb answer. So, I asked for the manager, he came out and made things worse. He began to tell me what to say! He was unprofessional and combative. He does not need to be managing anything until he gets some education and training. You get what you pay for low wages!

This place is horrible!! Their ChatGPT pizza storage device is stupid and didn’t open the door. The employee ignored me as I asked for my pizza which another employee came and moved somewhere else as they acted confused or maybe they are just that blank here. Zero stars. Workers here are incompetent and lazy. Took 45 minutes to make a half cheese half pepperoni pizza. I open the box and they’ve made 70 percent of the pizza pepperoni and 30 percent cheese when I asked for HALF cheese HALF pepperoni. Do they not know what half means?
