Love their soup and sandwich. Wanted to try something new so ordered the flatbread. Not my favorite, but I’m still giving the place 5 stars because I know everything else is good. Also love their SIP CLUB deal!

The chicken noodles soup was so watered down I just threw it out. I normally like their soup but it ended up just tasting like dirty water. My daughter got the kids grilled cheese and the bread was all torn up. It was not good.

Pleasant, not too crowded place. The service was very kind and polite, accepted the order and delivered the meal with a genuine smile. Very tasty Smokehouse BBQ Chicken Sandwich and Broccoli Cheddar Cheese Soup for which I only paid $10.10. If it weren’t for the fact that I’m here on a short vacation, I would love to visit this place again.

Update: the drive thru experience – not sure why you let people order in the drive thru and let them wait when there are people waiting in line to pick up. You should have them wait somewhere else or circle around.

We ordered sandwiches and were very specific with what should be put on the children’s sandwiches. The order took over 15 minutes and 2 were wrong. The cook offered to remake the one: which was a plain ham sandwich with cheese only. 7 minutes later still waiting for my grandsons sandwich, which he finally gave me after all the orders after hours were prepared and it was ice cold. Very disappointed.

Made an order and something went wrong and they never got it and I was charged for it still. After waiting 20 minutes I went to ask where it was and the manager gave me a bunch of attitude and then when I finally proved to her I did pay for my food she said she’d start working on it right away. Waited 10 more minutes when to ask where it is and she told me she looked around everywhere for it and couldn’t find it and then she’s going to start right away. Ended up waiting 40 minutes for a Mac and cheese and a sandwich.

It’s Panera Bread, the food at this location is pretty much the same as you’ll find at any Panera Bread. Prices seem to be getting a bit high though and the food preparation tends to take longer at this location, drive thru line can get backed up during peak hours as well.
