Food is good but often inconsistent. The biggest problem is how slow the service is just for picking up. Twice in one week at different times that I went through the digital drive thru, I had to wait about 45 minutes to get my order… The first time I was at the window for about 20 minutes before they even opened the window to ask for my name. They still didn’t ask for my name, they just said they had just received a 30 bowl order so I had to wait for them to finish it (despite me being there for 20 minutes over my scheduled pick up time already).
10 minutes later a different woman tries to hand me a bag of food and I ask her who the order is for because they didn’t even ask me for my name, so I did I know this was mine?? And sure enough she asks for my name and sees that not my bag. So another 15 minutes pass by and they FINALLY give me my correct bag. Except when I get home it’s missing a few items that I also ordered.
Same thing happened a few days later, I placed a pick up order, got in line at the drive thru 5 minutes before my pick up time and unfortunately stayed in the same spot again for 30 minutes before moving forward, except there were 3 cars in front of me this time. So by the time I finally get to the window, they ask my name and I can see they barely start getting it ready. I wait another 15 minutes and I get my bowl.
The craziest part is that it’s never actually busy in there! The restaurant itself doesn’t have many customers. And the drive thru line isn’t very long, so I have no idea what they’re doing in there that makes them take so long.

Food was good, had a lamb bowl. It was a huge bowl with 2 meatballs though for $15. I had to pay an additional $5 for more meat. Wasn’t a good value foodie the money.

First time at this location as I stopped by to pick up lunch for my best friend who has a family member in the hospital up the street. The customer service was great with pickup, however part of my order was missing ingredients that I selected. There was no balsamic date vinaigrette and no sweet potatoes on 2 of the 3 dishes. The order for my friend had some red sauce drizzled on top which was not requested. Might want to be more careful as people may have an allergy to certain things and the person preparing it is not paying attention to what is on the label that’s printed out.

I came in feeling kind of down, and he completely lifted my spirits with his positive energy and high spirit. I’m so thankful I decided to come here. Not only did I enjoy my food, but the atmosphere was amazing too.
It’s incredible to see someone with such strong presence and natural leadership. I’m not sure if he’s a manager or not, but he definitely should be! I see bright things ahead for this young man. I’m so glad I had the pleasure of meeting him.

I just visited CAVA in McKinney and had a great experience. Jeremiah was very polite, friendly, and extremely helpful while taking my order. He made sure everything was exactly how I wanted it and had such a positive attitude.

I received an order that was completely WRONG.
I asked for no cheese, I got feta cheese. Plus I can’t eat cheese.
I also didn’t ask for olives and pickles.
I asked for pita crisps, none added.
This place always messes up my order and it’s completely unacceptable. I paid $25 dollars with delivery fees for an incorrect order.

This location has been very convenient and close to my home, which is why we revisited it recently. Every time we go there, I encounter teenage workers and occasional issues. My latest experience was no different: the place was dirty, they didn’t have the vegetable stocked, and therefore didn’t get any vegetables. So I paid $25 for two bowls of rice, spinach, and meat. That’s not worth it. I’m very disappointed, since I love their food. I hope management takes steps to improve service and the overall experience.
