I stopped by on a Monday around 330pm. Ordered a #1 combo and a small orange freeze. Service was prompt, employees were friendly and helpful, restaurant was clean. The manager on duty (presumably) came by as we ate and checked how it was going. It was all in all a lovely burger experience. Jalapeño fry sauce delicious.

I jumped off the highway for gas and just happened to stop in for lunch. Everything was fast, hot, and delicious. The staff was great! Wonderful experience! All things considered my meal was a good value.

Stopped in while I was in town, some of the staff were going to do something to someone’s food but the manager made them leave then had the good employees fix it right.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Freddy’s in Nevada, Missouri, and I couldn’t be more impressed! The burgers were absolutely delicious, and we thoroughly enjoyed the chicken strips. But the real highlight was the shoestring fries—everybody in our group loved them.
The service was exceptional. The teenager at the register was very professional and courteous, making our experience even more enjoyable. Throughout our meal, several employees stopped by our table to ensure we had everything we needed, and the supervisor, Brian, was particularly attentive and kind.
To top it all off, we grabbed some frozen custard for the road, and it was the perfect sweet treat to end our visit. Freddy’s is definitely a must-visit if you’re in the area!

I went through the drive through at 8:30 pm. I ordered 2 small ice cream cones, 1 chocolate and 1 vanilla. After the drive through attendant finished a very lengthy conversation with the car in front of us, we were served 2 small scoops in 2 cups. We were charged $8.02 for two scoops of ice cream. I can buy a quart of much better ice cream at Braums for less than half the price. Never again! I will drive to Carthage next time.

The staff at this Freddy’s is awesome! Cayson did an amazing job taking our order and answering any questions I had! It’s hard to find good staff these days, but whoever is staffing this restaurant seems to be doing a phenomenal job.

Freddy’s food is Freddy’s food, my complaint is about part of the service I received.
I was in the last 1/2 hour of a 2 hour trip and I decided to get something to go at Freddy’s in Nevada, MO. The service was great at the order counter. The attendant was very friendly and represented the business well. First, their regular and sweet tea self serve containers were empty. When my order came up I asked the guy giving me my food if they had ketchup, he pointed over to the condiments area and said the sauces were over there. No ketchup, just the smoke, jalapeño and other sauce. I asked for small containers and he didn’t offer any. Mind you, I got them there other times I had eaten there. Anyway, I went to my truck and started down the highway and started pulling out my food. The guy didn’t give me my shake. I called Freddy’s in Nevada, MO and told them and they asked if I could come back and pick it up. I told them I was on the highway and not an option. They offered a coupon to be redeemed at that Freddy’s but I live 30 miles away.
I told them, I wanted them to know that not only they didn’t give me my property (that I paid for), that the $6 shake takes about $7 of wages to be able to pay for the food because of the state & federal taxes, social security , etc. The person hung up on me.

To me they are a smashburger type patty but their fries are always thin and crispy not chrunchy or soggy but nice and crispy. I do like their chicken club nice size piece of meat and grilled juicy tenderness.

They don’t have Freddy’s where I live so it’s always a treat when I come back to visit. Today was especially great because I had the pleasure of interacting with a lovely lady by the name of Kim. I ate there and placed an additional to go order for my brother. She made it seamless and timely. She’s a great representative for Freddy’s. I look for her every time I’m in the area.
