First CAVA Restaurant Opens in Bolingbrook

Stopped by for the first time today. It was quite busy—probably because it was a Friday evening—but the queue moved quickly, and we got our orders within 10 minutes. The music was very loud, making it a bit difficult to hear the employees.
We ordered the Falafel Crunch Bowl and the Crispy Falafel Pita—both tasted good. The falafel had a unique flavor compared to other restaurants, which we liked. However, the pita became soggy fairly quickly, and the pita crisps added as a topping to the bowl were hard to chew. The portion size could be improved, especially considering the higher price point. We also tried the Lemon Fizz, which was decent.
There are a few tables available both indoors and outdoors. Overall, it was a good experience—I would recommend it.

Where do i begin on this one… after hearing some really disheartening news I needed to clear my head and get out of the house. I’d been wanting to try out Cava for a while now so i decided this was as good a time as any. There are a lot of options on the menu and as a newbie i didn’t know where to begin. There was an absolutely incredible woman who gave me THE BEST suggestions, let me sample to see which meat to try, and was literally amazing. The person who rang me up was also incredible, had great conversation, and the two literally made my day. You never know what someone is going through and the kindness they extended to me was the pick me up i needed. On top of above average customer service, when i finally got home and nestled into my bed to try my food, I legit stopped in my tracks bc it was sooooooooo good! Thanks Cava for giving me such an amazing experience today. (I wish i knew the employees names so they can get the credit they are due but this happened on 2/23 at around 2:15pm. The woman was African American and the man I believe was Hispanic with the dopest piercings).

First time, heard great things, and it delivered! Kathryn was so helpful on making my own grain and protein bowl. The white sweet potatoes and chicken were great. Crazy feta has a kick and all the sauces at the end were tasty too. Yogurt dill, lemon herb tahini. And the pita chips were fresh and tasty. Would highly recommend!!

First of all, the food was excellent! I also want to bring something to the manager’s attention: there was one young woman who truly deserves 5 stars. She was taking orders, preparing the food, and working the register all with an amazing attitude, even when the line was long. Meanwhile, there were 4 or 5 other employees standing around doing nothing. She really stood out and deserves recognition for her hard work and excellent customer service.

The food here is AMAZING! Seriously my favorite take out. I get the grains and greens bowl with lentils and its great when you get it and just as good as leftovers cold. I especially love the garlic dressing. They are fast too. Try this place!!!

Today I met up with my friend at the Bolingbrook Cava. I live in Chicago and I must say I was pleasantly surprised by this location. The food was delicious, and Diana, the manager, served us. She’s great and has a beautiful smile. We were there for about 3 hours and she was attentive to us the whole time, asking if we were okay. She even offered to take a picture of us to remember the occasion.

Ordered online for delivery and when it got delivered the bowls were missing stuff plus the steak was still raw and cold!! I called customer support and they only wanted to refund me for 30% unbelievable! I never had any issues prior.

I’ve been wanting to try this place for awhile, my mom and I went there the other day and it was wonderful. The people working were so friendly and patient, the food was super fresh and delicious, and the place was very clean. Will be back for sure!
