Good bagels, dependable coffee. I usually get salmon on an everything bagel and I’m glad they offer it here there other places nearby do not. While I like the convenience of using their app to order ahead there’s no way to customize the order (I usually ask for extra toasted). Staff are friendly and quick even when busy. I keep coming back. It’s not NYC street bagels but I haven’t had a good NYC street bagel in NYC recently anyway.

Bagels are much smaller than I remember – I worked at a different location 20 years ago and recall them being larger. Sandwich was OK, but due to the smaller size of bagel, the amount of toppings on it seemed to overload the bagel. I also remember a pickle was included with a sandwich. Now, while my sandwich had pickle ON it, all chopped up (part of the recipe), there was no side pickle like there used to be. I would have much preferred the pickle be on the side. I guess next time I will request that.
