Bruegger’s Bagels in North Hills area of PGH definitely exceeded my expectations! This particular store location can become very busy. There was lots of parking. The store was clean and welcoming. Staff were friendly and attentive to the orders placed. Prices were reasonable for the quality received. The store was well stocked with plenty of bagels in many different flavors. My bagel was fresh and delicious! Very tasty!!!

Special shoutout to Charlotte and the rest of the crew, our catering order was a big hit. Very well prepared and organized. My pick up time was 7:30-7:45am, it was completely packed and ready at 7:30 on the button. Much appreciated, will definitely be using more for catering moving forward.

The line was long, the cashier seemed to be new ,the loud aggressive lady behind the counter was rude to the young lady working the register, door dash drivers, the customers after making their food wrong, She seemed like she was having a rough day. It made the vibe off and not comfortable to sit inside to dine. Much different service than other brueggers locations.

Stood at the counter for 10 minutes before someone finally lifted their head just to say you order at the register now. This is new for brueggers but they feel no need to tell the customers apparently. No sign to order at register, and they don’t say anything to you as you stand in line where the line has always been.

Other than the lady that works the register, everyone is pretty nice- BUT- this is THE SLOWEST location on earth. You need to commit 20 minutes minimum for a single bagel. Not sure if it’s understaffing or what

Order a basically bacon egg and cheese bagel to go. Realized there was no bacon so I drove back to hopefully get it fixed up quick no biggie. Was greeted with rudeness from the sandwich maker, she remade the sandwich with a couple crumbs of bacon, the wrong cheese and a lot of attitude. Awful.

They helped us get 24 bagels for an event and were very quick and efficient all while there was already a line. They were kind, thorough and attentive to our requests on our order. Grateful!

The lady who runs the register hardly ever smiled and is a bit abrasive. Unsure of her name as she didn’t have a name tag that day.
The atmosphere always smells like burnt food!

The mcknight store has the energy of a dead horse. I think all the employees hate each other. Not friendly or welcoming at all.

Bagels are probably the best in Pgh… BUT you can’t buy 6 anymore without at least one heavily deformed like someone squished it in their hand. (I still ate the one pictured however). And now I’m writing again, a year later, with the same complaint. No other bagel shop in the country would consider putting a deformed product like this out for sale. I will not be returning to this location.
