Immaculate service from the front line from greeted with a smile by Kiersten, she makes the bowls with Love!! Then Michael added my chicken! Ethan was very nice and friendly and made sure I was happy with the toppings then I moved on to Nathan who also greeted with a smile and made sure I was satisfied with my order. This crew should train every Cava New Hire!! They all deserve raises!! Tremendous service!!

Great spot on the east side! CAVA always hits with fresh ingredients, fast service, and tons of flavor. The bowls are super customizable, the staff is friendly, and the place stays clean and welcoming. Perfect for a quick, healthy meal that actually tastes amazing.

Exceptional and outstanding service at Cava. I normally don’t like taking a long drive to buy food on my break but everything about that place makes it worth the drive. I literally drive there every time I work. The staff are amazing and friendly, which makes the service even better and allow me to return as always. Also, I’d like to give a special shout out to Nicole for being such an incredible employee.

I stopped here for dinner while in town for a work trip since my hotel is close. The steak and harissa bowl was very flavorful as-is with no customization needed. Very filling too. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back here or to another location to try something else on the menu or get creative and make my own bowl.

I had an extremely frustrating experience at this restaurant.
First, my order took over 35 minutes to be prepared, which is already unacceptable for a simple meal.
Second, they did not include the pita, even though it was clearly stated in the order that it must be included.
But the worst part: the steak was completely missing from my dish. This is the main ingredient. How is it even possible to serve a meal without the core item the customer paid for?
This is not a minor mistake — this is a total failure in quality control. I want to know how you plan to compensate for this order, because what I received was absolutely not what I paid for.

I eat here almost daily, unsure if it’s related but a new guy started as manager maybe a couple of weeks ago and since then portion control, in my opinion, has become extreme. I personally don’t feel this is location offers a good value anymore until they start serving bowls like they used to, like the photos in their own advertisements.
I would not recommend ordering pick up through their website because I’ve noticed this has become a problem.

I have consistently gone to cava for a couple months now. Love the food And pricing. But recently, a colleague of mine ordered delivery, and she was barely given any food, and it was stale . Knowing that it was from the Lake Mary location, I wanted to go and pick up an order to just see – as I usually order from another location in Winter Park. Unfortunately, the same happened to my bowl, as the portion was way less than it is in other locations, the staff just rushes through your order, even though there’s no line, and forgets to put the items in your order that are laying on the counter.
I think is great and healthy food, but they have to pay attention to their service, portion size, and consistency of it all.
