I ordered a Nourish protein bowl with extra protein, wild rice and mixed greens salad by DoorDash. Was delivered no roasted sweet potatoes, no mixed greens and no extra protein……… Disgusting, terrible work

Tonight I got the enchilada soup. The consistency was so thin that water would have been an upgrade, and honestly there were about three black beans and not a single piece of chicken in the entire large bowl of soup. They didn’t add the chips like they usually do and to be honest their chips looked like they were stepped on and thrown into my salad (but not in my soup).
It annoyed me that they took my wife’s order then filled two to go orders and then took my order thus splitting me and my wife up. Now looking at my wife 20 feet from me I’m like, I’m coming!….eventually!….hopefully!”
I feel as you are a a soup restaurant you have one job, to make great soup, but you take little care to make sure your product is on point. I took it back and the poor girl was like, “I know;” then put an out of order sign on it or throw it out. Zupas soup is the equivalent of the McDonalds shake machine, “Out of Order!” Then out of all the bread rolls you pick for me you get the burnt one. Redo…, may I please have that not burnt roll as the girl at the resister acts like I’m taking it from her personal roll stash.
Then trying to find one clean table as I walk by the trash cans that are so full you couldn’t even through a single napkin away. I eventually settled on one table and wiped it off myself.
Counter: out of butter, out of crackers, out of salt/pepper. …Sigh…

I don’t know what happened to the food at Zupas. I was so disappointed last time we got food there and will never go there again. The soup was a joke. No flavor, only a few pieces of ingredients in there and of course it was very watery. This is used to be one of our family’s favorite restaurants. It’s too bad that they had ruined that for us.

This is unbelievable and unusual at Zupas. I am leaving this because is the 3rd time that I have the same experience at this restaurant specifically. The shift of Dec 26th 7:30pm was very distracted people don’t get the orders right, one guys the cashier back and for alone trying to serve all people because the other workers at front sweet just having fun an joking between them. The beverage bar very dirty and the maple flavors stocked and the dispenser isn’t working nobody else did nothing. Zupas is such a great place for Utahns I am one of them. Hope this help to keep the quality and service that exists in other places like Draper.

Very clean, bright and airy counter service restaurant located in Mountain View Village just off the Mountain View Corridor.
Sandwiches and salads are made to order .. soup is served fresh. Lots of choices. Food tastes great .. for the most part .. although it’s a tad pricey.
Definitely eat here if you love loud, obnoxious diners who have no thought for those around them. If you want somewhere quiet .. this is not the place.

My wife and I just moved from Cincinnati, OH to our new home in Riverton/Herriman, and we made the BEST discovery ever with Zupas Cafe Riverton! The staff was very friendly, the atmosphere was clean, the food was prepared in 0 time at all and was healthy, delicious, and absolutely fairly priced! We sampled Lobster Bisque and Tomato Basil soups, and they were EXQUISITE. We had such a great lunch experience that we decided to immediately leave a 5 star review and become rewards members 🙂

I was surprised at the poor customer service I received. I ordered a half bowl your potato western soup. I received a cardboard bowl half full when I questioned the person he said the was the right amount. When I paid I didn’t feel like I was getting was I was paying for so I didn’t tip. This guy had the guts to ask me about why I didn’t leave a tip. As I walked away from the register, my receipt time was 8:05, he made sure to remind me they close at 9pm. Never been treated so poorly at this establishment before.

There were 5 of us we were excited to have soup, we all sit down and dip into the soup, absolutely no flavor. It was like eating water and flour. So we took them up, And said hey, we think something is wrong, we explained no flavor, they said they must’ve forgotten to put the base in it, So we go for another soup, Same exact thing absolutely no flavor at this point what do you do? We should have asked for our 60.00 back . We took it back up not wanting to sip flour and water colored mixture, NO were sorry. What else can we get for you? Would you like a sandwich? They didn’t care at all, we stood there until another guy came and helped us, it was like we were bothering them, sad how many people before us came in and got soup and got home and had flour and water to eat for dinner!!! What Lousy service!
