Haven’t been to the location in Peachtree City in a few years but Ms Kayla was wonderful. Greeted me at the counter. She was patient, knowledgeable with a beautiful smile. Recommend a few things, and informed me of things. Amazing experience overall. The food was so delicious as always.

Wholesome food and good drink options. We eat here weekly and it is always fresh. You can mix the grains with the greens or keep them separate.
The custom bowl is our favorite plus we we do the kids meals. This way they get their own pita chips with their meal.
My kids (10,8, and 2) all ask to eat here. Yes even the 2 yo. They absolutely love it.

I have visited this location several times and experienced excellent customer service. Tonight I went in and was not greeted by the young lady(Destiny)who was making my food. I stated “ it is nice to greet your customers”. She looked at me like a deer in headlights and said “ok”. When making my food she gave me less than average for all my toppings that are included with my bowl. When she finished up my order, she asked “if I wanted my receipt” I stated “no” and then she says “I made your food, you should say thank you”.

This was the first time I ate at Cava and I was not disappointed.
The food was quite tasty.
For starters I got the saucy snack pita chips with the “sweet and hot” sauce.
My entree was a spicy chicken avocado but I didn’t want to get the pita, so I asked them to put in the bowl and they were happy to oblige.
There was a lot of food and I could not finish it all. That’s okay. I’ll have it for lunch tomorrow.
All in all, my dining experience was great. One thing I did notice, there was always someone cleaning. Wiping tables, sweeping floors and picking up trash. It seemed that they took pride in themselves and the work they did. You don’t see that too often.
Great service, I will be back.

The food was completely acceptable, when looking for a healthy quick dinner in PTC. Will always recommend. The service was great, they were fast and so friendly. The atmosphere was nothing great. A drink dispenser was pouring into the floor, not great but okay. But then it seemed like this was a regular event…. No fault to the workers. The dine in tables were sticky and not clear. It seems like they need more workers, this was not a fault of folks working hard enough. I have had this in Nashville multiple times and these issues were non-existent.
