So I placed this order directly through the app for delivery because I am at work, and when I tried calling the store to let them know that I wanted sauce on the side, they didn’t answer and I called multiple times. Then it took over 45 minutes to get to my job. When it got here, I didn’t receive my drink, my food was ice cold and the bowl looked like slop. It was missing the chicken and hummus. I called support right away and they only wanted to give me a a 30% refund. I’m seriously pissed. I asked to escalate it to a full refund. I spent almost $26 on crap. I’m so disappointed. Please do better. This will be the last time I ever order food from here.

I drove from Spartanburg to Greenville specifically to eat at this CAVA location, and what I walked into was completely unacceptable. The food bar looked dirty, messy, and neglected—food spilled everywhere, containers half-full, and overall very unappetizing.
When I pointed out how nasty the bar looked, instead of stopping service or changing the food out, the employee behind the bar began picking up spilled food and throwing it back into the containers while continuing to prepare meals. That was the final straw. Watching food that had clearly fallen outside the pans get put back where customers are being served is a serious sanitation issue.
This experience was a total disappointment and a waste of a drive. Cleanliness and food safety should be non-negotiable, especially for a restaurant like CAVA. I will not be returning, and I hope management takes this seriously before someone gets sick.

every time i go they forget something on my boul ♀️ that i order through the app. they forget my broccoli and pickled onions. when i pulled up to the pick up window they girl saw me at the window but just looked at me and smiled i sat for about 5 minutes before someone else came to the window do better please

Cava is my go to quick meal whenever I’m near one. This Cava didn’t disappoint, however service was lacking. I did a mobile order and picked it up through the drive through window and the person there never said a word. I’ve wondered if you can run a business without talking to the customer, but I guess you can. I tried the new chicken shawarma bowl and it might be one of my favorites. The chicken had the right amount of garlic and it goes perfectly with everything else. I swapped the arugula for supergreens, just because I like those more. I would also recommend the cucumber mint drink as it is very refreshing and will pair well with any meal.

I had the chicken and rice bowl and my taste buds were so impressed how well the various flavors mixed together.
I was also very impressed at all the options that were available for one price to put in the bowl.
The special drinks were also very good and the mint cucumber was my favorite.
