I don’t know why i came back to this location. I’ve always had issues with cleanliness and correct portion sizes at this location. No one wants sour cream, guac and salsa smeared on the outside package of their food. Also, I don’t know what was given to me, but this is definitely not a burrito. Customer service was a joke and did absolutely nothing for me. Choose wisely when going here.

I decided to dine in on Mother’s Day around 530pm and everything was perfect! I got to cash in my half-birthday free drink from the app I loved the level of professionalism they displayed when dealing with an upset guest and the cleanliness of the store! There was one guy who stood out to me he was very friendly & helpful to me. I feel like the food tastes so much better with great service like I received today!

Chipotle is my go-to when I want something quick but still satisfying. The food is always fresh and consistently good, and I really appreciate how easy it is to build a high-protein meal. It feels healthier than most fast food, and I leave full without feeling weighed down.

Went here last night around 8 with my daughter and her friend. We were met with the news that they were out of pico, fajita veg, black beans and sour cream. Thry were also out of all of the lemonades, but didnt mention it when we ordered drinks as well.
The kids were starving, so we decided to make it work. But then I see that they have literally ALL OF THE INGREDIENTS THEY SAID THAT THEY WERE OUT OF on another work station, so I asked if I could please have what I came there for and was denied. They said those ingredients and that prep station was only for online orders and refused. No apology, no offer for a discount- just a flat refusal. Really?!? You have people standing in front of you trying to order and are turning them away so that you can fulfill online orders?!? I cant believe that they wouldnt just shut off online ordering and serve the line of people in the restaurant what they came there for. I highly doubt I will ever be back.

This Chiotle is very hit or miss. Some days, best service and great food. Other days, meh service and meh food. I do mobile order often to save time and honestly, it’s rarely ready when it should be at this location. Not my favorite location, but it’s the easiest one for me to get to.

Parking is a little inconvenient so we parked around back and walked to the entrance. At first glance, there were a few dirty tables and the floors needed a good scrubbing. The food and employees were good for the most part, it just did not inspire me or make me want to return for another meal.

I have had good the bad and ugly here at this location. But tonight. I got this great young gal. She was friendly and in a good mood (usually not the case ) and she made me a great big old burrito with flavor town all over it !

Not sure what’s going on with all the Chipotle locations in KC, but this was the worst meal I’ve had in a while. Portion sizes were small, chicken tasted like an acidic diaper, and the rice was dry and clumpy. The most basic things were all wrong.

This location stays busy, so during the pandemic they were able to stay open but with short staff that hurts Delivery drivers bottom line. They close down early during pre ‘Closing Time’, so I better get in line and be prepared to wait or be told they don’t have that particular item. If Dashing, forget about it, haha.
