I went to cava for the first time, and it was such an enjoyable experience. The workers were so nice, especially Teti. She was so kind when taking my order, was incredibly understanding when I took my time, and stopped by to see how me and my friends were enjoying our food. She made my day with her kind attitude and amazing customer service.

Always great to come to this CAVA in mosaic. Not only is the food good, what really stands out is the great customer service. Everyone is friendly and just amazing. Sarah is always pleasant and she makes sure everything is good. Her whole team is great! Just try this place if you haven’t already and you’ll definitely keep coming back!

I ordered my Spicy Chicken and Avocado Pita from this Mediterranean restaurant for lunch. Overall, the interior was dark, with a clean seating area and some hanging glass bottles on the ceiling for decoration. The cashier area and counter were clean and tidy as well, and upon ordering my lunch, a staff assembled pita bread and added ingredients to it. It was made with hummus, avocado, pickles, fire-roasted corn, crumbled feta, pickled onions, harissa honey chicken, and hot harissa vinaigrette, which had a subtly sweet flavor combined with hot sauce, and the pita bread was fresh and chewy, which I like. The food was similar to a breakfast burrito but with different, healthy, and tasty ingredients. I will return to try other dishes on the menu as the food was delicious.

I love going to CAVA – Mosaic Jimena always goes above and beyond to help me. She provides excellent customer service each time I go to this location. It’s hard these days to find great employees like her who are friendly, outgoing, passionate and kind.

Today, I asked for a little extra rice in my bowl since I didn’t want pita or greens. The employee added what looked like a single small spoonful and I was charged over $2 extra for it, which felt excessive for such a tiny portion.
I also don’t understand why the protein is consistently the smallest portion of the meal. It often feels like the chicken is rationed as if it’s coming out of someone’s personal pocket. My bowl came out to nearly $15 and it was mostly rice and sauce, with very little chicken.
I really enjoy the concept and flavors, but it’s becoming difficult to justify the pricing based on the portions being served. I hope this feedback is taken into consideration because I’d love to continue coming back but the current value just doesn’t feel right.

Stopped by CAVA Mosaic today and had such a good visit. The team was welcoming and quick with service, and everything tasted super fresh. Sandra was especially kind and helpful — he made sure my bowl came out just right and had a great attitude the whole time. It’s always nice when the staff make the place feel friendly. Definitely coming back soon!

Loved the freshness of the veggies. You love your salad when you can smell the ingredients and enjoy it more when the taste is no where close to the regular Mediterranean food you have been eating so far. Soft falafels n the rich hummus experience wants me to visits this place again and again and yet again. Thanks for the quality & an appealing ambience !
