This place sucks, I’ve been to several different Sonics and never had service like this. It’s December 27th a Saturday night and they only have 1 person making food and 3 others standing around. The owner of this franchise needs to look at his employees and really think hard if these are the people he wants represent his company.

Ordered chicken slider and tasted like the chicken has been refried who knows how many times. For the wait time should’ve most definitely tasted and looked more fresh than what I received for an $8 SMALL sandwich.

I would give this place a half a star. If I could. I went for a friend and spent $19.45 on a chicken strip dinner. For an adult! That look like it was a mini. For a child with no gravy. A med. shake. A water with 2 added flavors. I’ve called numerous times, they will not answer the phone. It’s absolutely ridiculous. I never give reviews but I could not pass this one up. Just look at the pics. Not one piece of chicken is a strip it. Looks like little nuggets, like a piece of paper. Burnt.

I don’t know if it was the shift they had working or what but 20min wait just for drinks and the order was not accurate, and they had me conditioned at this point because I was afraid to hit the button and have them fix it because it may take 20 more min. Too many sonics to eat at this one.
This is a follow up to try to see if they sorted out the issues but I am disappointed I ordered chicken basket and cheddar poppers and I got a cheddar popper that looks like someone took a bite out of and then threw it back in the fryer and they really getting stingy with the gravy not to mention it took forever to get and forever for someone to respond to the red button after I hit it sonic what is going on i will include a foto of the popper in question lmk what yall think….

They suck. Last week I ordered a medium hot fudge shake and they gave me a medium cup full of whipped cream.. the CarHop seemed barely able to function and said she couldnt break a $20 because of some scam she ran to pocket the payment, but she eventually did break the $20. I went again a few days after that (even though I knew better) asked for a Philly cheese steak toaster sandwich meal and they gave me two slices of bread with some type of thin meat, a slice of cheese, and a dab of barbecue sauce on it as illustrated in pic they didn’t even bother to toast it. Never again sonic. That’s not even a Philly cheesesteak or a toaster sandwich but it was supper for a dog and I went to bed hangry. Not a fan of McDonald’s edible plastics but I will go there before I will go to Sonic again.

Ordered our food online….app wasn’t working AGAIN….pulled up and checked in online…within seconds the screen says my food was being brought out…..5 mins later….no food….pushed the red button…waited forever for an answer….said I was waiting on my food still and it was brought immediately out…..missing a drink….missing a whole meal….then you gotta check out the pick of what they sold me as pickle fries! Pickle greasy mush was more like it. Oh and this location currently has a B as a food rating on the window just FYI!

The Sonic in SpringHill. Be careful as drive thru people will steal your cash. Happened two times. And called them out. This eve the cashier shorted $10 of my change. I asked her about it. She just smiled. Plus they got order wrong.
