This is the worst Cava I’ve been to. The employees do not actively listen when you’re ordering. I ordered lamb (which costs extra, I know) and they gave me half a normal scoop that I could tell had a huge chunk of fat and when I asked for an actual full scoop they said it would be double cost.
Another time, I asked for sauce on the side and they poured it on top, realized it and asked if I wanted them to remake it. I had already waited in line for 10 minutes and was in a rush so I just took it.
A third time I ordered lamb, they didn’t have enough for a full scoop and asked if I wanted something else so I got chicken and they still charged me the full amount for the lamb.
I will not be going here again. I’d rather drive further to the Cava at Derby Street.

Great spot to get a similar experience as chipotle with a totally differwnt offering of ingredients. With a more focus on mediterranean style food. Including lamb, beef and chicken prepared in many ways and served in wraps or bowls. Good variety and options to satisfy whatever youre craving. I like their spicy lamb meatballs with a bed of greens made up kale, brussels and cabbage. The pickled onions and roasted red pepper hummus is also very good. I tried their lentils for the first time and liked them. Would rwcommend trying Cava out.

Today was my first day ever trying Cava. I have no prior experience with Mediterranean food and was kind of nervous going in there not knowing what to get. As I sat there, dumbfounded, I was approached by a young man named Kobe one of the workers. He saw that I was looking a little confused and asked how he could help me today. He was one of the six employees on that came over to help me. I told him I did not really know what to get, and he helped me throughout the whole process by making something that he usually eats. I was totally fine with him doing this because I’m not a picky eater and I love to try new things. The finished product was unbelievable. The food was bursting with flavor and everything tasted so fresh. What really caught me off guard was Kobe’s act of kindness. When we got to the register for me to check out, Kobe said to me that the meal was on him because I was a first time customer and he wanted me to enjoy it. In my life going to restaurants, I’ve never had an experience like this before. He took the time out of his workday to practically walk me through what’s on the menu and build my bowl, and then offers to pay for my meal for me. This man, right here is a good man and one that any employer should be happy to have on their staff. To the managers of this location, you should really give Kobe a pat on the back for his unbelievable hospitality and generosity. After my experience here today, I will definitely be coming back to try more food to enjoy the atmosphere. Once again, I wanna say thank you to Kobe for helping me and making my first time at cava a memorable one.

Portion could be a bit bigger. Feels more like a sampler plate. Just add a little more rice and maybe a bit more hummus, hummus is super easy to make and Cava makes it delicious. Flavor is delicious! My drink as well. Pricing is affordable. Overall im happy to include Cava in my diet.

Cava has some very delicious Mediterranean cuisine! The Spicy Lamb Pita is one of my favorites, the bowls are good aswell. Pita chips are a must with any meal. They also have some unique drinks too. Dining room is clean and definitely makes your meal more enjoyable.
