My husband and I ordered the same cut of steak but different sizes, we were given different cuts. He ordered medium but was it came out rare. I ordered medium-rare but got well done. Waitress was inattentive and walked away after we told her the steaks were wrong. No apologies offered. We had to get another waitress to get the rare steak cooked longer. They weren’t busy, only 10 people in the restaurant.

Saddened by our experience. The waitress was nice but that is about it. Tea was delivered hot with little ice. The cheese fries were full of grease and we were not offered small plates to put them on. When the food got here the steak I ordered was way over cooked and very chewy. My son’s fries were swimming with grease. When waitress finally came to refill tea glasses she just poured hot tea into glass and it was unsweetened when we had ordered sweetened. We were promised rolls and never received them.

I have been twice now and planning a third trip today. Service has been stellar for my wife and I. I love the chicken fried chicken and the reduced portion is still more than I can eat and very reasonably priced. My wife had a pasta dish the first time and loved it and the second she had the mushroom and Swiss burger which she could not stop talking about. We are definitely going to make this our go to restaurant for eating out and bravo that we finally have a really good food option that I don’t have to save a week’s pay just to Afford! The special was a flat iron steak. Ordered medium but came well done. The taste was off, not as spoiled but like liver. The baked potato was warm not hot. The burger ordered medium was well done. Onion rings were good.

My wife and I split a steak, we ordered it medium-rare and it came out extremely undercooked (bordering on blue rare)! After sending it back half of the steak came out overcooked and the other half was still undercooked! The service was also very bad, we had to ask for rolls, which we only realized they had after seeing other tables get them! It also took 15 minutes to get our payment picked up, after waiting 20 minutes to get the check after we asked for it! Basically, I’m telling you to save your money on these over priced steaks!

ZERO STARS if possible. Very rude and snotty manager who needs to be fired no question. Horrific service or lack there of. Sat for over an hour with no food and no drink refills. Brought another tables food and seemed to be a routine problem. No one knew where any of the food seems to go for the entire restaurant. Walked out after almost an hour and a half along with about 10 other tables. Seriously not joking, multiple tables leaving by the droves. Bad start for a new restaurant and won’t be back. Icing on the cake, cute little hostess actually said “our manager is too busy to talk to you right now”. WRONG ANSWER PERIOD!

Rolls tasted dry and old. Baked potatoes dried out. Flat iron steak cook correctly but very tough cut of meat- which I was unable to eat. Asked for manager to tell her about it- after 10-15 minutes she still hadn’t bothered to come by our table. Paid the bill in full and left! Will definitely NOT be back, but no doubt they really don’t care!

We had good, fast service. Ordered chicken fried steak (gravy wasn’t like mommas but was still good), NY strip, and chicken strips. There were no complaints from anyone at the table. We would go back to try other menu items. Only reason I didnt give 5 stars is BC I thought it was a little pricey.

Had a fabulous waitress! She couldn’t have been better. The burgers we ordered we good and had a great flavor. The banana pudding was soooo delicious. Must come back for the banana pudding! Thank you for a great experience. Couldn’t give it 5 stars since the bread pudding was overcooked and overliquored (new word) .
