Absolutely love pourhouse. It’s always my go to. Especially the drinks. No one in Pueblo makes an old fashion like them. Absolutely my favorite. The food is delicious the whole menu. But I love prime rib dinner.

Service is great. Atmosphere is fine.
But $55 before tip with no drinks for 2 orders of chicken tenders and half an appetizer is absolutely ludacris. I’ll be back when it’s a different restaurant with better prices.

Cat’s Pour House is the perfect spot to kick back and watch a game! They have plenty of TVs placed just right, so no matter where you sit, you won’t miss a single play. The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, and the bartender was absolutely awesome—friendly, attentive, and quick with both drinks and conversation. Great vibes, cold drinks, and an ideal place for sports fans. I’ll definitely be coming back!

This is 1 of our favorite places to eat. We come at least once every week or two, how ever lately service has seemed to go down hill. We have 1 or 2 people who take good care of us but the rest are pretty much like what do you want and here you go. Also ordered wings to go, got charged a Togo fee was asked if I wanted the sauce on the side so they don’t get soggy so I said sure. I got 1 tiny cup of sauce that is not even enough for 1 wing so when I asked for more Togo I was charged for them. The amount of extra sauce I paid for is still not enough to toss the wings in so I guess I should of had them tossed in store would of had more sauce with no extra charge. I don’t mind paying the little extra but if I’m gonna be charged for less sauce then would have came on them had I not said on the side which was suggested that’s not right. Love this place but seems like service gets worse every time we come. I work in the industry so I understand it from both points of view, but as someone who works for tips and then goes out to eat and gets bad service it’s disappointing. I will be back because it’s my kids favorite food… however I think they need to work on service because even if food is not up to par a great server can make a bad experience great but lately it’s all been falling flat. Check was dropped never checked on till I had my card out and never checked on while finishing up drinks after paying.

Stopped in for a nice lunch with family. We were not disappointed. The place was warm and friendly and service was great. They were busy with lots of holiday gatherings taking place, but our server made to sure check on us often and kept the kids (and adults) entertained with coloring sets. Big screen tvs playing all the games for the sports enthusiasts. Beer offering on tap was not impressive. The food! It was fantastic. The meat in the french dip was tender and flavorful. The kids meals come with smiley face french fries which were a big hit. Chicken was very good and moist. Onion rings are batter fried and nice and crispy without all the grease. Will definitely be back.

For a first visit it was a rough one. The service was just ok. I ordered my burger medium rare and it was medium well leaning towards well done. The salad was just mediocre iceberg lettuce mix. There is an up cost for everything, cheese toppings, sides. We will probably give it another try because of the kids meals, but overall not impressed.

This place is hopping! We were in the area- and hungry. We googled allergy friendly restaurants, and Cat’s Pourhouse came up!

Can I just say?!?! Super impressed with how conscientious staff were about my order and the allergies. Not only did Gavin double check, but a manager came by and checked as well. There are multiple staff who kept checking back to make sure we were happy with our food. My husband ordered a deconstructed Greek Nacho app, and I ordered a plain burger- no antibiotics/no preservatives- with onions and mushrooms. DELICIOUS! And the prices were very reasonable, especially with how expensive things are nowadays!

I was a bit worried before going in because the parking lot was packed, and I was afraid how loud and overwhelming it would feel. However, we were hungry and went inside. Glad I did. Even though this place was busy- the open design makes it less overwhelming, and it is not too loud.

And can I just say- it was 102 degrees outside and the A/C worked fantastic inside but was not too cold where you were freezing! It was perfect!

Definitely will come back when in the area!

The vibe of the restaurant is actually quite nice. However, I was not impressed with anything else. The waitress did not seem friendly, just a matter of fact. There was a strange smell, either of dust or something burning. We could not decipher. The onion rings were piping hot and crispy and looked amazing but they dripped liquid which wasn’t pleasant. They weren’t served with any sauce in particular, which was a missed opportunity to awaken my palate. The bacon in the BLT was overcooked and the sandwich consisted of three slices of dry sour dough bread and hardly any filling. I had envisioned something different like just two pieces of bread with a heaping filling of tender bacon, crisp butter lettuce and a juicy tomato. It was also missing a signature flavor as well like a Chipotle mayo or a Pueblo chili sauce, anything to just give it flavor. Even the bacon could have been cooked with a spice to enhance the flavor.
