We found this place at the end of our vacation & was super bummed we didn’t know about it earlier in our trip. The bread is all homemade daily & it was amazing! The pizza was fantastic, soft bread & cheesy that is almost creamy. The chicken strips were huge & delicious. The pesto flatbread was also awesome. The bartender was super cool & the owner who cooked our food was very nice. Since we’re from Ohio, we liked that this was a buckeye bar. Highly recommend. Will definitely be back next time we come back down. O-H!

My husband and I were in the area on our honeymoon and decided to stop in. Their stromboli is probably the best I’ve ever eaten and they have such a wide variety of beer. The owners are also the nicest people! We had such a great experience that we came back the next day for my husband’s birthday. If you’re ever in the St. Pete Beach area, you must check it out. We will certainly be back on our next trip!

Quaint, local tap house in my neighborhood. Food menu is impressive. Bartender Paige is welcoming and you feel like more than a customer. Patrons are very friendly. Met some locals, had a great time and will return.

While discussing local food places with a bartender in the area, he suggested the pizza and wings at Category 36. We visit the area a few times each month but up until this most recent visit were unaware that Category 36 was so closely located to the hotel that we stay at.

Craig & his staff are incredible! The food was fantastic. We went two days in a row (we had to be there for Bandingo!) Chips & French onion dip? Yes! Italian fries? Absolutely! Stromboli & pizza? Must have. Buffalo chicken flatbread? Try it.

If there was a 6th star they surely deserve it. Category 36 food, drinks, and service is absolutely worth everyone trying it once. Small restaurant so it doesnt have a lot of traffic in other words its easy to get the waitress attention.

Absolutely fantastic food and service!! We had the Stromboli, Wings, and Hot Chips with French Onion Dip. The dough was the best dough I’ve ever had! I live in Chicago and we love our pizza! But…this dough was it!! Cooked perfectly!! And… the Hot Chips with dip! Oh my goodness, I could eat that everyday! Absolutely delicious!! I definitely recommend!!! As for the beers, my husband really enjoyed the beer flights!
