I originally ordered some steak tacos, but after also asking about the quesobirria tacos, my order accidentally had the quesobirria tacos added onto it. The owner of the restaurant was super nice about it and even refused to let me pay for them, except this was her mistake. You see, I feel like I have tried almost all the birria places in the GVL metro, and I continue to visit birria places even across the entire state of South Carolina. So I would say that I am somewhat of a birria connoisseur, and when I tried these birria tacos, I can definitely say at their normal price, I’ve never had birria tacos as amazing for frankly, so cheap. The beef is so flavorful, the cheese is delicious without being overpowering, and the broth is right on the nose, all for a price that is light on the wallet which is a rarety especially these days. Diana’s food truck is definitely going to be my regular spot for now on and I can absolutely recommend Dianas!
