This is the first time that we had been back since the fire and it didn’t disappoint. The new building is beautiful; light and airy with a relaxing color scheme. The new building is also more open concept, but still allowed for private conversations. Our food was served quickly and hot and our server was very attentive. We will definitely be back!

It was our first time coming here since the restaurant was rebuilt after the fire. I used to come here a lot when I lived over in this area. Love the green sauce with the chips. I had the fried avocado with chicken, a beef fajita taco with queso, tortilla soup, and charro beans. My wife had beef and chicken tacos playceros. We had tres leches for dessert. A great way to spend New Year’s Eve.

This was our first time at this location and we loved everything — the food was great, the portions were huge, the service was amazing and the ambiance was top-notch. I’ve been to other locations, but this one is by far the fanciest and nicest of them all. Their menu has pictures which made ordering so much easier!

You can’t beat the food (or the drinks) here, it has Tex Mex flair with enough authenticity to keep people of all types happy. Make sure you ask for Jacky if you come in, she’s amazing and we’ll always be dining with her in the future (although all the wait staff is great, she is especially great)

The wait staff was on point. Every 5 minutes someone came by to ask if we needed anything or they would automatically pick up dishes or trash and always refilling our glasses without even asking. The shrimp was excellent and the chicken was tender . The tortillas were excellent as well.
We thoroughly enjoyed our lunch. I had to change seats so I’d have a better view. I was happy at looking across from us. Some guy was sitting there with his white underwear stood out and totally unavoidable. ☹️ not something you want to see while eating.

We had such a great experience here! The food came out hot, fresh, and beautifully presented — and we didn’t have to wait long at all. Service was friendly and attentive.
I ordered the Pollo Del Mar — the chicken was tender, and while the flavor could’ve been a touch bolder, it was still very good. My husband had the La Bonita and said it was absolutely delicious.
One of the standout items? Their flour tortillas — honestly, to die for! Soft, warm, and perfect with everything. And their fajitas were some of the best!
The restaurant is very clean, updated, and so much better than before the fire. This has definitely become our new favorite Mexican spot, and we’re already looking forward to going back!

Los Cucos Mexican Cafe is a must for dining experience if you’re in or around Cypress.
The restaurant have a lot of free safe parking.
The wait staff was courteous, responsive and attentive throughout the dining experience.
The menu offers a broad variety of appetizers and entrees. I would recommend the chicken enchiladas.
This location is geared towards anyone from dining alone, or in a group. It also is a nice restaurant to take a date or to watch a sporting event (there’s a lot of big screen TVs).

Great place! Stopped in with no reservation, which was not a problem at all. We were sat immediately and our server came right over. She was attentive and fast! The drinks were food and pretty average priced for alcohol. The food was delicious! I also noticed that they do have a lunch menu, so I will definitely be back on the weekday to try that!
