If I could have given 0 stars that would be more appropriate to describe my experience at this place. I’m from Alabama and visiting Charlotte for the holidays and decided to try this place. I waited for 1 hr for a chicken sandwich, fried shrimp sandwich, and some wings and it was all nasty. Fries were soft and soggy. Took them forever to get my order and it was still wrong. If you’re reading this do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. You’ll thank me later trust.

The one thing about this place that makes it a go-to are the prices. The prices are very affordable.
The service is on the bad side though. As I’m sitting here, there is a pregnant woman here that has a mistake with their order that she’s trying to correct. Her and the owner are going back and forth, and as I’m eavesdropping on the convo, she’s right. She placed her order over the phone and the owner misunderstood her request. She’s asking if she can get the order fixed and she’s willing to pay, but he seems to not want to do it. Instead she’s just gonna have to get what the owner said she ordered. To his defense, he’s right because he made what she asked for and she admitted that she did, but made a mistake.
I don’t know….I’m on both sides here..but to run a small business like this I would do all I could to satisfy my customers even if they were in the wrong. I need that business lol. But I suggest you give then a try though. After all, he did apologize to the other person that was with her.
Mistakes happens. Just so what you can to make them right.

Love the food here!! Small takeout only but the food is fantastic! Their Strawberry wings are the best!!! Friendly staff too take out only (small shop). Burger special (cheese/mushroom/onion ring) was great!! So good it didn’t even need catsup!

The smallest wings ever. Some looked like they were for a 6 month old. And also not great. Fries were absolutely horrible. Just soft shoestring. The fried mushrooms are a disgrace. Absolutely horrible. Do not eat here.

Food good, fries inconsistent so not a fan of the skinny ones. I’m highly upset I ordered pickup at 3, said pickup between 3:20-3:25, made it at 3:27, they tell me to wait 20 more minutes. I would have given 5 stars if they didn’t forget my eggs. I got Uber eats and noted no corn extra potatoes or eggs and I got no eggs at all. But it was super delicious!! Got lb of shrimp in garlic sauce and the sauce is amazing!! It was really tasty and still warm upon arrival.. I’ll definitely order again.

When I tell you this place is the BEST place to order from if you’re hungry this is it!!!! The portions are Outrageous I’ve tried the seafood and irs Amazing!! Decided to give the burgers and the fish a try and OMG it’s was Outstanding! The prices are extremely low and the food the amount you get is out of this world!!! UPDATE>>> SO THEY RESPONDED BACK BUT CLEARLY YOU HAVE THE WRONG PERSON BECAUSE I NEVER BROUGHT ANYTHINNG BACK NOR A REFUND! SO I SEE I WASNT THE ONLY THAT COMPLAINED ABOUT THE FOOD YOU HAVE SOLD.IT LOOKS LIKE YOU GAVE ME A PLATE THAT SOMEONE BROUGHT BACK IF THE COMPLAINTS WERE SIMILIAR only giving 1 for atmosphere because they share the same space with more restaurants. Now to the review. My fish and shrimp was over cooked & dryed out and my my chicken wings also were overcooked. That was it i want be returning. Waste of my time
