Michelle was AMAZING! She was so kind and patient, and you can tell she truly cares about her customers. I loved that she took the time to mention my coupons that are expiring so I wouldn’t miss out. That meant a lot to me. I’d definitely come back just to be helped by her again!

I went to this location near West Mesa on 12/22/25 at 2pm, and I had a very positive experience! I got there right before the rush started. Even though it was slow, Jair wasn’t afraid to start a conversation and recommended me some things to try for next time. Michelle took my payment and asked me about my Christmas plans. It’s honestly rare to me when a fast food employee has a conversation with me, but when it happens, it’s an experience I will never forget. Thank you, Jair and Michelle! 🙂

I came in last week and big difference here the heavy set women was a little mean but she got my food made correctly. My subway was toasted nicely and my cheese was melted perfectly. I travele a lot and subway is my go to fast cheep and easy to eat on the road.

We had a very disappointing experience with this location. We placed a mobile order and ended up waiting much longer than expected. While we were waiting, one of the employees, Terry, was behind the counter eating ice cream, which was unprofessional. When I asked if our order had gone through, she seemed annoyed by the question.
Once we finally received our subs, the tuna sandwich had a powdery texture, and my husband couldn’t even eat his. I had requested oil and vinegar on mine, but it was missing. When I asked for a side cup of it, I was told they didn’t have any. I then asked if I could bring the sandwich up so they could add what was forgotten, but Terry told me there was nothing she could do.
Overall, the customer service was extremely poor, and the food quality didn’t meet expectations either. Very disappointing visit.

Pretty sure a Chicken Bacon Ranch is supposed to have BACON! They did this last week, so this week I paid for EXTRA Bacon just to make sure I got it, and STILL did not get it!! NOR did I get my Black Olives, Onions, or lettuce, etc….just ridiculous. Please learn how to read an order, it’s not that complicated people!!

Went to this location around 7pm on a Thursday, posted hours online says this location is open till 9pm. When I walked in, there was one other person already at the counter being served by a gentlemen who was VERY adamant (almost borderline rude) that they ONLY had wheat and some other type of bread that I didn’t catch…the person before me asked if they were making any more bread, and the guy repeated the two breads he had, adding, “these are the ONLY breads we have, we’re not making any more”. The person before me I guess decided that one of the two options was okay, and began their order. Bewildered and looking forward to some Italian Herbs and Cheese bread for MY order, I wandered back out to my car to look up another Subway nearby. As I sat in my car, the second employee wandered back out from behind the counter and started mopping the floor. Were they trying to close early? Idk. I left sad and hungry. The Subway on Rio Bravo and Coors took care of me, though. They even smiled.

Went into subway on 8/22 around 4:30. I had placed a mobile order and when we had went inside to pick it up, the young guy working there seemed like he was either high or drunk off his mind. Come to find out, he’s from a different store and works at this location occasionally. My boyfriend and I had to go take our sandwiches back because they were completely inedible. But here comes Luke to our rescue to make our day 100x better. Not only did he accommodate us by re making our sandwiches but he had the best customer service I have ever received at a subway. You could tell he takes pride in his work. Please give Luke a raise because he definitely deserves one!!!

Need better Employees that aren’t so aggressive and Rude! Came in yesterday 8/2/25 at 2:27 and the guy that was Making our sandwich’s was getting frustrated with the fact I politely asked for more mayonnaise he ends up squirting a whole lot more outta of pure anger and then my mom was up and she wanted mayonnaise on her sandwich he says “well we’re all out this is all we have so” anyway It was mid day and they were apparently “all out mayonnaise” toward the end where he wraps up the sandwich’s he was slamming them so aggressive for absolutely no reason! Told me his name was Luke.. I know damn well it wasn’t but yea @SUBWAY OWNERS do better at hiring AT LEAST THAT!
