I went in this store as I normally do and a manager was loudly criticizing 2 employees on how they were not doing their job right. Everyone in the store heard what was going on and it made me very uncomfortable. This should never happen in public. I would have quit if I were those employees. It embarrassed me and i was not involved. The employee that checked me out which was one of the employees that was getting yelled at was very courteous and friendly. I have no idea why this Casey’s would have someone like this in charge of employees. Talk about a power trip!

Twice now that I’ve bought a del sandwich this week and the cheese has been moldy. By the time I get to lunch at work and find out and then no other option for lunch. I stop in around 9pm but it doesn’t matter if it’s late. The food should be checked and thrown o it if it’s bad…. I’ve also found expired drinks after purchase. I’m concerned about the staff not properly checking items and getting someone sick.

The “manager” on duty just told me I could not bring my service dog in and refused me service. A new cashier took care of me. I have it all recorded. I will be contacting an attorney on Monday!

Only reason I’m giving 3 stars is because the food was good. The cashier was very crabby & acted like I was bothering her. I understand she’s trying to get things done but don’t treat your customers like they have no business being there it’s your job to be friendly & represent the business. So rude.

my girlfriend asked the guy handling the pizza if he could change gloves before grabbing our slices since i have a nut allergy. he argued her about how he hadn’t touched anything with my allergen and refused to change his gloves. cross contamination can literally kill me. next time maybe don’t be a douche.
