We typically love Casey’s pizza but out of the last approx. 10 orders we have ordered from Casey’s in Lincoln on S 48th Street they have been wrong, things have been missing, or it isn’t even started when we get there. So disappointing. Everyone around me tonight expressed the same experience while we all waited. This was our “taco” pizza……… Also the staff member playing video slots w the 2 dogs with her instead of working was an interesting sight.

I am and understanding individual and try to give businesses and employees the benefit of the doubt knowing mistakes can happen. With that said, I have never experienced total incompetence the way I have with the 48th and Pioneers Casey’s location. Never fails! They absolutely cannot get an order right. Inconvenienced everytime i order from them. I am astonished with how bad it is. Incredible!! I will never order from a Casey’s Pizza again. Good lord!

As usual, go in, no food in warmers. Several flavors of pop running complete clear, counters disgusting, no cups stocked. Can’t get anyone to help you, either short staff, staff talking, and managers in the office door shut and all. I’m not sure who is managing this place right now, the manager or the staff, but ya might want to go ahead and let her go. What manager sits in the office with the door close ignoring the store they are paid to run? When she has been out there man is she unprofessional and rude to her employees. None of the employees look happy, I wouldn’t be either working in an environment like that, or they are doing whatever it is that they are doing. Why not? The manager does, she isn’t out there managing. Seems like the ones that are good at their job, they don’t last long. Come and go. New faces all the time, that’s a management issue, not an employee issue. Might want to double check corporate what’s really going on, and I’m just a customer observing this. This is your business not looking good at all. Went in, couldn’t even get a slice of pizza, ok. Go over to grab a sandwich and I’m not sure what was in one of the containers, but it didn’t look good, go up to finally pay with my bag of chips, and whatever pop this is, thinking a snack would be nice. Nope, not a product barely available, not what I was after, but that whole thing just empty as could be. My goodness what has happened in this short amount of time? It was looking great, had some in there that apparently had enough of something because a couple of them gals were my favorite and so friendly. It looks like it is going back downhill, and I hope something turns around because your reputation is hurting your service. All and all my chips were alright.

God forbid they ever answer their phone. When they do they will just hang up on you after arguing with you. Ordered the triple pepperoni and it’s absolutely nothing like the picture. Waste of money to order a specialty pizza and dont even get what I pay for.

Stopped here for donuts after the nearby LaMar’s was out at 9:30 on a Sunday. Casey’s saved our “donuts with daddy” trip for Father’s Day with a decent selection of fresh donuts. Service was prompt and polite.

Ordered pizza and few other things through the app today. Got a message the order was being picked up. Then randomly got another message the order was canceled and to contact the store for more information. Tried to call the store, and no on will answer the phone. Will never order or use this location again. Nothing but problems everytime.

They messed up my first one said they would give me a free one then made me come in for my free one should have checked it before leaving but I didn’t. It was a hamburger pizza with taco toppings and the tomatoes and chips on it when I asked for them not to be. There was no lettuce but maybe a leaf or two. And it was a medium not a large like I had ordered before.
